Highly recommend! They are fantastic with our elderly cat with kidney disease. Not only do they come to our home and offer friendly and knowledgeable care, but they also go above and beyond to make sure she has the right medications for her needs. You know your animal will be in good hands with Dr. Pitkat and Spencer.

I originally had an appointment scheduled later in the month, but they reached out about a cancellation and were able to come the very next morning, which was a huge help since my cat, Ben, was not doing well. After a thorough exam and X-ray, it was determined that Ben had advanced heart failure. Dr. Pitkat and her assistant were extremely professional, compassionate, and took the time to clearly explain my options. While the outcome wasn’t what I had hoped for, the care and support they provided meant a lot during a very difficult time. HelloVet was punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I just had an appointment with them today and OMG are they amazing !!! He warmed up to them without taking Gabapentin, hissing or attempting to attack like he does at the vet's office. My boy is allergic to fleas and has been doing scratching and has a big sore under his chin. I highly recommend HelloVet to anyone !!! God bless you Dr Pitkat and Spencer 🙏🏿!!

Very grateful for Dr Pitkat and staff for their onsite vet service. I have 2 large dogs and 2 cats, and it is nice for the vet to come to them, its takes that extra stress away from going to the vets office itself. They are very knowledgeable and supportive of your pets needs, young and old.

No more stress of getting him into a carrier, taking him in the car, or subjecting him to the chaos of a clinic with loud noises and barking dogs. We will be calling Hello Vet again! Our 14 yr old Mini cat was not happy to have a visit from you, but she calmed down after her dog brother and sister came in to check everything for safety. Soon as Sonny sniffed her out to make sure she's safe and Annie searched the house for any unwanted visitors, Mini calmed and ate happily ever to sleep. Thank you for your quick and calming health check on Mini, can't wait to hear her results. I really appreciate your caring and soft handling of a very frightened old cat.

Amazing veterinarian and assistant! As the mother of 4 beautiful Persian boys, two of whom have rare, serious condition that requires regular vet visits, we had our fair share of horror stories and just plain old discrimination against cats at other vets. For this reason my babies didn't have a regular vet for years, I took them to specialists for everything. I am glad I gave HelloVet and Dr Pitkat a try! This was the most amazing, stress free vet "visit" my precious baby boys ever had!! Dr Pitkat understood my concerns taking them out to the van, and did all exams in our home, took the effort to bring in everything necessary from the van and handled them so gently. This in itself tells a lot about her love for cats and understanding the feline soul. Needless to say, my boys were so relaxed during their whole stay, the ones who were not being examined just stayed around them and watched calmly. And cats know who to be afraid of and who they can trust!! You will not fool a cat! She also discovered cataracts in Jamie so I can take steps so save his vision. Dr Pitkat and her assistant were both amazing! I am so glad we have a primary care veterinarian now! HelloVet is definitely a keeper.
