The store Bainfield is located in, great. The Vet clinic on the other hand, leaves something to be desired… quite a few things to be desired honestly. Their bedside manner is horrendous and the people at the clinic were unprofessional and couldn’t even answer simple questions. We originally went in for the rabies vax and to talk about neutering. When we told the vet that we have wormed and vaccinated our dog at home, the disgust on their face was appalling. I was raised on a farm. I have hands on experience when it comes to administration, shelf life, and what to watch for. So instead of jumping to conclusions and being so judgmental, let’s actually educate rather than shame. Second, they continuously tried pushing the pet package so we could redo the shots and do the neuter with them. We ultimately walked out without doing anything because of how uncomfortable Bainfield made us. We ended up calling another vet and got scheduled elsewhere so don’t worry vet, you can wipe that disgusting look off your face. We know how to take care of our pets. Overall, take your pets elsewhere. Bainfield does not treat you with respect or dignity.

i wish i had truly anything positive to say about my experience here. wait times were insane to be checked in, have a nurse or doctor come in the room, or hear results back for a simple illness. they seemed incredibly disorganized and like they had no idea what was going on. my dog has dealt with the same issue multiple times and we’re very used to the process, but the lack of communication from the staff here is insane. on top of that, prices were absolutely outrageous compared to anywhere else i’ve ever been. truly will never return.

Arrived yesterday for my confirmed appointment only to be told I’d have to wait 2 hours or reschedule.. made an appointment for the next day because they said they had "wide open availability".. I waited an hour for someone to come into the room! I understand wanting to make a profit but making people wait with their super nervous dogs isn’t the best way to do it. Stop over booking!

The visit was good for the dog. It was the billing that was not good. They did not have the complete bill and billed for a portion of the visit. Then two days later called and said they were sending the remaining bill to collections. Not even talking to them when i called them to pay the bill it was already in collections one day after getting call. Caution to this place as they are not up front with all the pricing.

After I have going to this location and this company for 10 years and paying monthly fees for their health plan. I was so surprised after loosing my 11 years old dog that they charge you fees on cancelation. Lie to you about the plan and pm top dont care about your dog who is like family. Its crazy after paying for 10 years that they will do that me. I will never recommend this company or their health plans. They are going to lie. Steal your money.

Banfield has been in my pets' lives for many years....each location has been top notch, caring professionals, with loads of heart. They have cared for our furbabies making sure they kept them healthy. Even during the time my Munchkin was going through her sickness, they were kind and empathize with us during the process and our loss. Now a new chapter has begun with Coco, a vibrant high energy member of our family. This terrier is ready to make lots of memories for sure, healthy and with the best care around. Thank you, Banfield Southside for welcoming Coco into the fold. 🤗 Update... Monica was wonderful to work with for coco's grooming appointment. She was thorough and explained everything. Great job!

I had such a wonderful experience today! I was pretty worried about my dog who had been sick for about a week and they saw me pretty quickly, not sure if that happens all the time, but they were very accommodating and kind with me. I saw Dr. Byrket and she was very thorough and right on with the diagnostic part of things. Super kind and spent a lot of time with us explaining her diagnosis and didn't rush us with all our questions. The nurse that first took care of us was amazing as well. The front staff are sooooo kind and helpful. Great experience!!! THANK YOU! And thanks from Alice as well 🐾
