From the moment you walk in, you feel the genuine care, professionalism, and love they have for every single animal that comes through their doors. The entire team is beyond compassionate. They take their time to explain everything clearly, answer every question patiently, and make both you and your pet feel completely comfortable. You never feel rushed —— you feel heard. That alone is rare and so appreciated. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, and calm environment immediately put my pet at ease. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them —— it’s a calling. The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and truly invested in your pet’s health and well-being. I love Brenda & Luana, they literally love what they do that is what makes the place great!! Uh It’s such a relief knowing there is a veterinary clinic you can trust 100%. If you are looking for a place that treats your pet like family, Spectrum Pet Hospital is it. The Spectrum hospital is truly exceptional. The space itself is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly welcoming, which immediately puts both me and my dog at ease. Dr. Theodore Derksen and his staff showed our family so much compassion during one of the hardest moments we’ve ever experienced. Last weekend we had to say goodbye to our 10-year-old golden retriever, Bentley, and Dr. Derksen made the entire process as gentle and comforting as it possibly could be. I originally didn’t plan on staying for the entire appointment because I didn’t think I would be able to handle it emotionally. But Dr. Derksen and his team were so kind, patient, and understanding that they helped me feel comfortable enough to stay with Bentley the whole time. One moment that meant the world to us was when they realized we had forgotten to bring chocolate for Bentley. Without hesitation, a staff member actually walked to Starbucks and brought back a cake pop so Bentley could enjoy a special treat before saying goodbye. That small act of kindness meant more than I can put into words. Dr. Derksen treated Bentley with such dignity and showed genuine compassion to our entire family during such a heartbreaking time. We will never forget the care, empathy, and humanity he showed us and our beloved dog. Thank you, Dr. Derksen, for helping Bentley pass peacefully and for supporting our family through such a difficult goodbye. We are truly grateful.

I brought my kitten in for vaccination and had an excellent experience. The staff was highly professional and attentive throughout the visit. Dr. Mirzaei and LuLu were exceptional—knowledgeable, gentle, and reassuring. I highly recommend their services.
