Hidden Valley Animal Hospital

I drive by this hospital every day on my way to work, and it has always stood out as one of the most beautiful places in the city. After finally getting a pet, I decided to visit, and I’m so glad I did. The facility is incredibly well-organized, clean, and welcoming. I love that many of the staff members have pets of their own—it creates a warm, caring atmosphere and shows how passionate they are about animal care. The environment is peaceful, and everyone was friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure all of our questions were answered. They addressed all of our kitty’s needs and helped us understand the best options for her care. I was also pleasantly surprised by their wellness plans, which cover everything our cat needs at a very affordable price. We left our first visit feeling extremely confident that our kitty will have a safe, healthy, and happy life thanks to the outstanding care provided by this hospital. I highly recommend them to any pet owner looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care. 🐾❤️

i've been taking my large dog here since she was a puppy and they've never done me or her wrong. prudence has so much anxiety, especially when coming to her doctors appointments, but that's never prevented them from properly accommodating and treating her. dr. white is super kind, thorough, and someone i'd recommend to anyone needing to take care of their fur babies

I recently went to this office a few days back. Dr. May & his assistant was very helpful for both of my cats. They were treated with kindness and love. Dr. May was very knowledgeable and caring. Him and his assistant answered all questions and concerns for my kids. This is a very good place for your pets health. They will be well taken care of. Thank you all so much. Love this office, all of the doctors and techs are amazing but Dr. May is hands down the best of the best. The empathy and compassion he has for all issues big or small warms my heart and keeps us coming back. He is informative and kind, and always loves on the animals, my bitey dachshund is far calmer with him than any other vet we've seen. I can't possibly stress how deeply I believe this to be the best vet office in the KC metro area and Dr. May is an absolute gem!

I take all my animals here for routine items and urgent care. My senior cat had a total blockage and they handled him with so much care and helped us work through all the changes to make to hopefully prevent future issues. The care everyone gives is so appreciated. I know my furry family members are in great hands. Pricing is always upfront as well, which is an added bonus. I 100% recommend any vet or tech at Hidden Valley.

Their office and exam rooms are clean, the doctor and vet tech were in the room quickly and they were very thorough discussing my concerns with a dog I adopted. I left the appointment able to think through my options and make an informed decision about the best next steps.

Had to have shots for my dogs today and I must say, Dr. May is the coolest. easy to talk to and he is very informative about any questions you have. My babies enjoy coming here. They're always excited to see him. They give him a lot of attention. I highly recommend this place or anyone who has a loving pet...
