Don’t waste your time! I was running 5 min late and was told it was fine as long as I was there within the allotted amount of time. I was and the vet left for lunch anyways. I waited for her to get back! I had a cat who could not walk on his paw. I was not in the exam room when she examined him and she said he was not limping on his paw. I have no idea what she is talking about because he still can’t not walk on his leg and holds it up! She obviously did not examine him!! Don’t waste your time, the vet couldn’t even tell my cat couldn’t walk 🙄 and the exam fees are reasonable but exrays start at $500 that is emergency vet prices! This place is a joke! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!! There was only one person in the whole place who seemed to have a brain in her head! She had long brown hair and was very kind! I wish I would have gotten her name so I could put it on this review! The rest of the staff were horrible!! I just took the cat to my normal vet and he has a horrible abscess on his shoulder that was causing the limping! Yet your vet said there was absolutely nothing wrong with him!! You need to find a new vet! What a joke!!

I've had Banfield for a few months now and feel so much more comfortable knowing Chewy is getting her necessary check ups and vaccines. She got spayed last week and is already up and running - while the wound seems to be healing nicely. I signed up for one of the Wellness plans and got her spay included. They also offer nail grinding at each appointment! The staff are so friendly and even when Chewy is all shaken up, they treat her with such care! I definitely recommend their services and especially this location.

Best Vet office in town. Dr. Romanzi is absolutely The best vet ever she calls after hours she calls on weekends. She’s very special. I know my Bella is in good hands when she is there the front desk help. Chloe is absolutely fantastic so helpful kind listening. I love this place. I highly recommend it.

Honestly probably the worst place to go. It’s not cheap what so ever. The vet doesn’t even listen to you. I brought my cat in for behavioral issues and they did all these tests, charged me for them but never even followed up with me on the tests they took. They take money out of your bank account whenever they feel like it and at any price.

I would highly recommend Banfield pet hospital to anyone out there. Their paw plans are amazing and all the vets are warm and friendly, they take their time to get to know the animal before they treat the animal. I even had one of the vets with her first visit with my brownie, she got down on her hands and knees on the floor to look him straight in the eye to get to know him.
