The staff at HVSE always treat my babies like their own. I have a very vet-scared dog who came in for pain after a fall and was SUPER impressed with how they handled her. My other dog is an older, diabetic, so we have had a few late-night scares, but they are thorough with every visit. Every vet we’ve encountered is amazing and they treat each case with the urgency and care it needs. Thank you guys for all you do!

Our last moments with our young cat was interrupted after 2 minutes by the heavyset front desk associate. She came in to upsell us the options for how we wanted to remember our cat. We got stern with her and asked if this was the appropriate time since we were mourning. There was no apology and she continued her sales tactic. Honestly, just awful service for people having something unexpected happening to their pet and not being able to cry and spend time with their loved one. We were given a button to push when we were ready to surrender the pet but never got that precious time because of 2 people interrupting us. It is obvious by the responses from management and being so defensive that they do not care about the reviews and concerns of their clients.

Unfortunately, I had to put my cat down on a Sunday morning because he was having cluster seizures. I googled the closest animal hospital and came across this one. The nurse was OUTSTANDING! She was very empathetic and understood my situation. She was also very quick to take care of my baby. The doctor was so nice as well! She explained each process thoroughly and answered all of my questions. They made me feel like they cared. I would recommend this hospital 100%!

I’d like to complement Dr Scott and her staff last night for taking excellent care of my golden retriever who got ahold of a corn cob. I was so hesitant to bring him in since on our last visit we waited for what seemed like an eternity, although it was through no fault of their own. There just happened to be a ton of emergent situations and surgeries that night. I am so glad I took him though as we avoided what would have been a very expensive surgery. Everyone was so kind and professional, from the receptionist before I brought him in, to his nurse, and then Dr Scott. The plan was presented and treatment done promptly, in and out in an hour. Brady and I thank you so much.

Brought in a kitten that had labored breathing. The staff and doctor was compassionate, kind, and did everything possible to determine the issue. Ignore the other reviews, it's easy to let emotions run high when family members are sick. Doing everything I can and then some for my kittens. Thank you

Took my cat up there because of breathing issues. They looked at him and said it was more than likely asthma. Then changed there mind to lung worms as a high possibility. Gave medicine. A little later he's acting the same. Call them back to see if it’s normal. Btw we just got them $450. Basically said if we didn’t have the money to run all these test that there isn’t anything they can do for and to have a good day. Just in it for the money not the care of animals or anything else. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. No reason to spend that much and still not get any signs of improvement. Do not go here to waste your money

I came in late Thursday night as my Sami was not himself. He passed away that night. I called them and let them know what was going on. My pup wouldn’t move and I had to carry him to the vehicle and he was panting excessively. They told me to call when I was 5 minutes out so they could meet me at the car. They came out with a stretcher for him, got us checked in immediately and took him back. Dr. Jones was the doctor working that night and a wonderful vet technician; I can’t remember her name. I knew something was wrong after getting checked in as they took us back to the family room. Dr. Jones came in and provided us the devastating news. She did not push for us to make a decision and gave my son and I time to make a decision be for our pup. They allowed us time to say goodbye to our family member and allowed us to Mourn. They assured us to take our time and often came to check on us. The whole staff was amazing. Thank you for taking care of us and allowing us to mourn our Sami. Your whole staff went above and beyond for me and my son. I appreciate the kind words, gentle manner of your staff and their ability to break the news to my son and I. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
