Everyone who works here is so wonderful and caring! We brought my childhood cats there and now we bring our current cat there! Never had a bad experience ever!

I don't know what has happened here! This used to be a great vet. I had an appointment for MONTHS to have my puppies fixed. The receptionist called me at work and demanded that I complete an unrequired vaccination before they could preform the operation. This is not required by law. I was told it was the Dr.s policy. I explained I had decided not to do this vaccination as is allowed by law. I was treated rudely by this person who kept talking over me and wouldn't listen to what I was asking. Finally I asked to have the Dr. call me. I came home from work and got a email with my puppies records and telling me she had cancelled my appointment! Unacceptable! I called back and asked again to have the vet call me as I have questions about what was happening. Three days later, nothing. Completely unprofessional! I do not recommend this business to anyone. To be fair, I'm not even sure the Dr. is aware what has happened and he was always good to all 4 of the animals my family has brought there. Unfortunately, due to lack of attention and lack of service you have lost 3 customers due to this mishandling. I hope the front desk woman who seemed very happy with herself is happy. I hope her employer is too.

Horrible front desk staff without basic phone manners. Can't get a call from vet when needed. If you like being ignored and tossed aside after going for years. Being forced to give your pets vaccinations that are not required because it's policy. Having appointments you made months ago. Canceled 2 weeks before. Then you might be happy here. This is definitely not the same practice I came to when I first started coming here. I would no longer recommend going here.

My dog gets just as excited when I say want to go to the vet as he does when I say want to go for a walk. Wait he gets that excited when I say want to .....anything. Queen City Animal Hospital is Fantastic. We have been going there for few years. Always straight forward and professional. The whole staff seems to genuinely care about both our cat and dog. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Best Doctor in the world to take you furry loved ones to; the staff is just as awesome! My dog, Lucky, can't wait to go there! Costs are always explained and very reasonable. And they check up on us after our visit. 5 stars by far!!

Having been to several vets in NH Queen City is hands down the best. this office is exceptional. I have two pets - Cat and Dog. Both pets are seniors and both have medical issues. The care and compassion for my animals is second to none and the support and knowledge of the whole staff is much appreciated. Pricing is also upfront and clear to understand which is helpful and refreshing.

Amazing staff, phenomenal service!! They were recommended by a friend of mine, a long time customer/client, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They actually care about your pet and don’t bleed you for money. I have tried at least 5 vets over the last 15/20 years, Queen City Animal Hospital is by far the BEST! The quality of care and cost of service are unmatched! I travel 45 mins for the best care my babies can get and I wouldn’t have it any other way!!!!!
