Thank you for your exceptional care and compassion for my two precious kitties! Dr. Marie, Anne, Mikayla, and the entire staff at Best Friends have been outstanding in their communication, easy scheduling, convenient prescriptions, and transparent pricing. I am so grateful for the patience, attentiveness, and sensitivity that goes into every visit to make sure my cats are as comfortable as possible. In the past year I have also made several calls to ask questions, and even the smallest concerns are always met with consideration. It means so much to me that we are able to receive such a high level of care, and I cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you all again for keeping my babies healthy and happy.

We have been very pleased with the care we received at Best Friends. Our recent appointment was no exception. The staff out front is so friendly and accommodating. The vet tech took time to discuss options for preventative treatment we were considering, listened to my concerns, understood and offered many solutions. The vet herself was kind and knowledgeable as well. We had an unpleasant experience at our last vet office and have been so happy to have found a clinic that not only clearly loves animals but listens and provides excellent care. Our dog is Frenchie, and anyone that has a frenchie knows they can be a higher maintenance breed- we are happy to have an office familiar with the breed and their needs.

I absolutely love Best Friends Animal Hospital. I had a poor experience at my old vet and have been nothing but pleased with Best Friends! I currently bring all three of my pets (two dogs, one cat) here and they always receive the utmost care! The staff is kind and understanding. Not to mention, they treat my pets with love and gentleness.

I have nothing but great things to say about Best Friends. They have always been so kind, caring, and quick to get my kitties in when they are sick. I adopt cats with FeLV which requires a little more vet attention at times. They are very understanding as well as educational. They have stayed late after hours when one of my cats passed away so they could take her instead of me having to keep her over the weekend/bury her. I am forever grateful for the team at BFAH! Their dedication and love towards the animals doesn’t go unnoticed.

Bart is so happy to be rid of that rotten tooth. He suffered for a long time from it. Dr Holli and her team were wonderful in caring for my Bart while he stayed for the excision!

We have been with Best Friends for about 3 years and love the team. We have brought 5 different pets to them (4 cats and 1 dog) through all different stages, including puppyhood and end of life care. They always take the time to answer our questions thoughtfully without rushing, fit us in when needed, and treat all our pets with so much love (even the spicy ones)! They make sure to describe the gold standard of care, but are also flexible, understanding, and creative to meet the needs of each pet, and in palleative/ end of life care make sure to center a pet's quality of life. They are transparent with financial information, and any specialists they have referred us to have been great.

The best friends team saved my boys life and I could not be more grateful. They went WAY above and beyond and put me in a room where I could stay with him while he got the care he needed for multiple days. Not only did everyone keep checking on my boy, but they even checked on me. They are the best people and care so deeply for their patients. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
