Hoboken Animal Hospital

The Animal Hospital of Hoboken was incredible. They saw our cat immediately and when we later needed medical boarding for a couple of days, they didn’t hesitate for a moment. They reassured us that our cat would be in good hands and they truly meant it. The staff was kind, jovial, and so nurturing toward our cat. Dr. Sprague and fellow doctors were attentive and explained everything in detail. It was the best experience we’ve ever had at a veterinary practice. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Dr. Mendez. He is so caring, patient and attentive. He takes the time to talk with you about your pet, and even called days later to check in and see how my dog was doing. I couldn’t ask for a better vet!!

I have always had positive experiences with everyone here, from the front desk staff to the techs to the veterinarians I have seen (Dr. Sprague and Dr. Martinez). My partner and I recently lost our cat to a nasal tumor, and the staff was so attentive and supportive through this process - which made the experience a bit less daunting. I can’t recommend Hoboken Animal Hospital enough. They have taken care of my cat for the last 7 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with their care. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is incredibly kind and attentive, setting such a welcoming tone. The vets are equally wonderful—they are so thorough in their explanations and always take the time to ease my worries, no matter how big or small.
