Best vet experience I’ve ever had! My dog Cleo has pretty high anxiety and she was so calm through the whole process. From start to finish everyone treated us so kindly and made me feel comforted. The rooms were so clean and quiet and the vets were very upfront about the costs of the services throughout the whole visit which was super appreciated. We had such a good experience that we will now be switching this to her primary care vet and will we recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Sploot! 💝🙏

I am most grateful to have found Sploot Veterinary Care on a Sunday for my dog. My dog had sustained a rather large wound on his chest and I needed someone quickly to help him. I was welcomed in immediately and seen quickly. Several care givers helped in the process of taking care of my doxie. The vet explained what needed to be done, along with the process and recovery. I was also advised of the cost ahead of time and pleasantly surprised after the surgery to have a lower than expected fee. From start to finish I was impressed with the very clean environment, the genuine concern, the actual care after leaving him there for surgery, the explanation of what my part in the care after surgery would be and the ongoing communication by text and phone call as to how my dog was doing.Texting has continued checking in on my dog after going home. Just an added note, one of the techs was ever so kind to carry my dog out to the car after surgery, as I was not able to do so. I highly recommend this wonderful veterinary clinic; I am so happy with their care.

Dr Fox and Danielle were fantastic! The level of care my dog received was top notch. Both ladies were so kind, compassionate, answered all of my questions and left me feeling great about our care plan for my pup. I have been to a few other vets in the Denver area and this one takes the cake! I will only trust Sploot for my vet needs.

Sploot was nothing but amazing for me and my sweet girl. My sweet girl had blood in her urine and we were needing to schedule a same-day appointment to get her in on meds and have some test ran. My home vet could not get us in nor did they have any upcoming appointments. Did any dog mama do went straight to Google to try to find the nearest vet? I contacted blue and they had an appointment within an hour. I was able to get my girl there get her checked in have her test ran and get her medication all for cheaper than what my home that could’ve done. The team was carrying responsive and had so much compassion and empathy. My sweet girl’s doing so much better and it’s only been 24 hours and I’m so thankful for the team here at Sploot. If you’re reading this, you have to remember every dog is different. Every dog needs going to be different so what they can do for me is not always what they can do for you but coming to them with an open and caring heart and allowing them to do what they can will always get you further.

I took my cat Lily in for an exam, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The process to get her checked in was very easy even as a new patient, and they were so sweet to me and my fur baby! They gave me peace of mind and answered all my questions. I would totally recommend Sploot!

I love our doctors, however it really depends on who you get. Dr Fox and Dr Vanardo are incredible! They were both really great and explain everything to you throughout the appointment. I had one experience with a different doctor that was super frustrating, but now I just make sure I’m with Dr fox or Dr vanardo when my pups need to go in and it’s been great!! I just recently took in my smaller dog for the first time and I let them know ahead of time that he could be aggressive bc he had a passed history of abuse :(. But they were great with him and he LOVES Dr Fox now. Highly recommend Dr fox and Dr vanardo !!!! 🩷 Also front desk and the vet techs are always great!!!!

I brought my dog Jetty to Sploot Highlands Ranch for vomiting and diarrhea. The medical care itself was good. They were able to fit him in the same day, perform bloodwork, and determine that he was mildly dehydrated. I appreciated that they took his symptoms seriously and worked him into the schedule. Unfortunately, the client experience left me disappointed. During the appointment, I openly shared that I have concerns about some aspects of routine veterinary care, including vaccines, but I was also actively asking questions because I wanted more information. I felt that I was kind, respectful, and trying to make informed decisions for my dog. My goal was to have a conversation, not an argument. Throughout the visit, both my boyfriend and I felt that some of the communication came across as dismissive and condescending. At times, recommendations felt less like a collaborative discussion and more like, "This is our recommendation, but you can do whatever you want." I left feeling like my questions and concerns were being tolerated rather than genuinely addressed. What upset me most happened at checkout. While staff were troubleshooting a billing issue, I was shown a computer screen and accidentally saw internal notes written about me in my dog’s chart. The notes described me as "anti-vax," "hard to talk to," and someone who "talks over staff." As a dental hygienist, I understand the need for chart notes and internal communication. However, I believe documentation should remain objective and professional. I was surprised and hurt by the language that was used. While I was open about my concerns and preferences, I never felt I was being rude or difficult. In fact, I was actively asking questions and seeking information. Reading those comments made me feel labeled rather than understood. There is a difference between documenting a client’s preferences and characterizing the client. After spending over $400 on my dog’s care, I left the clinic in tears and feeling embarrassed—not because of the cost, but because I felt judged and mischaracterized while trying to do what I believed was best for my sick dog. I am grateful that Jetty’s bloodwork was reassuring and that he received medical attention. However, I left feeling disappointed by the communication and the way I was documented behind the scenes
