Dr. Shepler, the veterinary techinicians, and the front desk staff at CityVet are truly the best. Over the last year, we had to have our dog in the vet's office every 2-4 weeks to manage an illness. At every single one of those visits, each member of the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and friendly. They even worked with us to ensure he could be roomed quickly when needed due to some issues with reactivity. Their pricing is more than fair, and they do not push you to spend money on everything under the sun like some other vets. When it came time for our boy to enter end of life care and ultimately cross the rainbow bridge, they could not have been more empathetic and kindhearted. Our dog received so much love every time he came to the office - from being greeted with lots of pets and treats at the front desk, to all the attention and back scratches he got during his appointments - that it turned going to the vet into something he loved doing, despite his discomfort. We are so grateful for that. If you are looking for a new vet, look no further than Dr. Shepler and CityVet.

I have taken my three cats across my time in Denver to City Vet Highlands Ranch. Between my three (one who has since passed), they have varied complexities in their medical needs. The staff at this location provide the utmost compassion, understanding, and transparency. They have treated myself and my three babies with such kindness and patience, working with my inflexible work schedule to get my kitties in, which has been often, given me excellent referrals for specialists or procedures when needed, always take time to explain rationale and answer my questions. I appreciate every staff member so very much.

Cleanest vet I've ever seen! The workers were so sweet, and they explained everything so well and listened to any concerns or questions. They seemed like they genuinely cared, at least during my visit there. And they are way more reasonably priced than most vets I've been to. Most vets just rip you off, especially charging too much money with no effort at all, but they actually seem to put effort and care into it. Thank you 🙂 and please keep up the good work and care!

I’m incredibly grateful to the veterinary team for the care they gave my Dachshund after she got into some chocolate. They acted quickly, explained everything clearly, and handled the situation with such calm professionalism. Inducing vomiting isn’t a pleasant experience for any dog, but they were gentle, attentive, and made sure she was safe and comfortable the whole time. Thanks to their prompt care, she recovered quickly and is back to her happy self. I truly appreciate the compassion and expertise they showed my little girl.

I’ve been using this vet since I moved here (about 10 months ago) and I truly have no complaints. They have gone out of their way to get us in for last minute appointments and answered every question I’ve had without judgement. They’ve exhibited excellent care for my anxious dog. And the vibes are good. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I have been going to CityVet in Highlands Ranch since they opened their doors. I have always been highly pleased and satisfied with their care of all my dogs. They are caring, personable and highly qualified. They know me by name as well as the specific needs of each of my animals. They truly go out of their way to make our experience comfortable and personalized. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I have had to bring multiple of my fur babies here over the last few months. Both Dr. Framson and Dr. Shepler on every single occasion have showed amazing compassion and empathy.
