Dr. Prescher goes above and beyond for our fur babies. His kindness, professionalism, patience, and genuine concern mean so much to our family. He always takes the time to fully explain everything and helps find the best possible care for our pets. We’re incredibly thankful for the excellent care and compassion he consistently provides!

I have complete trust and respect for the entire staff. They are all so professional and attentive to my pets needs. They have taken care of Charlie for the past 3 years and I just recently introduced to them my new rescue puppy "Reggie". I feel very fortunate to have such a great group of genuinely caring people looking after my pets health needs.

Everyone was very friendly. They really care about the animals. And my cat really like the lady who was holding her through the examine, which she doesnt like anyone to touch her but a few cetain people. The visit was great and I really appreciate all they did.

Personable, communicative, experienced, & always seem genuinely in it for the animals. I love that they maintain veterinarians that practice "continuation of education" and don't become stale/ignorant to animal health and stay updated! Almost always have great deals and sales on dog food and medication, and check on your animals after appointments!

Dr. Judd and his staff have cared for 3 of our dogs, and currently, care for our Clark boy. They're always professional, empathetic, and caring. Our first two they cared for up to their last days, and the amount of compassion I was shown on the hardest day of letting them go was beyond measure. The really do care. When we brought Clark shark for his first puppy check they were very caring and invested in his care. When we had his kiwis harvested they called and spent time on the phone going over everything with me and answered every question I had. When he had complications they were accommodating to my work schedule as to me bringing him in for his daily drain check. He was a frequent flier for a few weeks. Clark loves his vet team.

Staff was knowledgeable and very kind even when my pet was a little difficult. Dr. Judd was understanding when I mentioned my dog preffered women, and brought in a few female vet techs to make the dog more comfortable. They worked around my dogs anxieties well and were very good with him.

This clinic is awful. I took my dog in to get an exam and shots. First of all, we waited forever to see the doctor then we go in there and they tried three times to draw blood for a heartworm test for my dog and never got it. No one has ever had any trouble getting blood from my dog before. Second, the exam was so poorly I’m not a vet and I could’ve done a better job than this woman did. and last, but not least we had to wait for ever just to get our bill which personally for the service we got we should’ve never been charged. My husband said he wouldn’t drag his dead dog into that clinic for that vet to say the dog was dead. I’m beginning to think there is no such thing as customer service anymore and or good service
