Warm Hearts Pet Hospital

I’ve been going to Warm Hearts Pet Hospital for years, ever since my oldest long-haired dachshund, Angus, was a puppy (he’s now 11). When I got my second dachshund, Oliver, I brought him here as well without hesitation. This team has been amazing and has saved my dogs’ lives multiple times. Dr. Inna and the staff are compassionate, kind, and always upfront about costs — I’ve never been charged more than what I was told. They truly care and do everything they can to provide the necessary care while keeping your pet’s best interest in mind. Even though I now live 30 minutes away, I will continue coming here without hesitation. Highly recommend Warm Hearts Pet Hospital for honest, exceptional veterinary care.

We took our both our cats female Sofia . (gray) & male Billy (orange) here. The male being a recent rescue adoption. Our female was just a check-up & blood work. Our male on the other hand has Feline Stomatitis. Something that the rescue did not make us aware of. Yesterday he had dental and laser treatment along with a biopsy. Later in the day when it was time to pick him up. I was impressed with Dr Inna's explanation & taking her time. She tells you what you want to hear & what you need to hear for the benefit of your furry family member. We are pleased we found Dr Inna & give her high recommendations. In a very sort time we have gotten attached to Billy, so I know with Warm Hearts he is in the best & caring hands.

LA resident here to express immense gratitude for the team at Warm Hearts Pet Hospital. On 12-19-25 we lost our dog of 15 years. On 12-21-25 we traveled to Henderson, NV to spend a week of winter break with family. Unfortunately, our surviving dog, Evelyn, was sick with grief over the loss of her brother and we spent most of the week in Henderson going back and forth to Warm Hearts. We weren't established clients and it was right before a major holiday and yet they welcomed us with open arms, were comfortable with our tears, and made us feel like there was hope of saving Evelyn. At one point, Dr. Larson recommended that, with a shot to keep her stable, we should return early to LA so that Evelyn could spend some time in the ICU. It was definitely the correct call and one we deeply appreciated her suggesting. It's been a slow but steady recovery for Evelyn but both my spouse and I believe she wouldn't have made it without the love, support, and guidance from the wonderful folks at Warm Hearts. The prices were EXTREMELY reasonable (relative to prices here in LA) and everyone on staff were so lovely to us. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will forever be grateful for the extra time you gave us with Evelyn. Thank you!

Had my Alaskan Malamute teeth cleaned.. she's 10 years old.. so obviously I was a little worried about the anesthesia...but this pet hospital was awesome. Her teeth are beautiful and white again.. great doctor and staff!!!

First time patron. This place is awesome. The vet is honest and didn't upsell. Had an emergency for our dog, our normal vet of 10 years said we had to wait 3 days. Warm hearts fit us in right away. Sam at checkin is awesome ! Rex has surgery scheduled for 8am.

My fluffy b dog has been going there for a while we have taken our two cats in and now we have taken in our new addition Loki. Loki went in for his shots last Friday, we had an emergency visit and they took him in right away and he was treated for an ear infection. We love Warm Hearts perfect name for a place where the staff truly cares for your pets. Everyone's professional it's clean they're helpful and I love Dr Ina

Was kept on hold over 10 minutes when first called for appt. After our cats procedure spent another half hour after paying, waiting to pick her up. The communication during the procedure was excellent. The doctor examined her for 5 minutes before recommending sedation, x rays , and blood work . And we were charged for full office visit for that 5 minutes. Doctor was very thorough and answered all our questions.
