Valley Ranch Animal Hospital: Gershung Tara DVM

We take out three dogs here for all their medical needs. Recently our Baby Pug Chonky had a minor surgery and he is recovering faster then expected. We will continue using this Pet Hospital because they take of our little buddies properly at a fair cost.

The clinicians and office staff were caring and efficient. They took good care of our dog and did a good job of explaining everything.

Great experience I just had here. They got me right in so my dogs serious issue could be resolved immediately. All the women in the front were so nice and caring and the Doctor was amazing and so nice and calm. I am so glad I found this place. The price for treatment was very fair also. Thanks! Great place.

We saw Dr. Emilie Dour and she was wonderful with our boy. We have just moved and they take walk ins. We are now signed up as new patients they did such a great job.

Taking into account that my mom is 80, it still was near impossible to get good communication with this vet. She took her dog in severe pain and not eating as a new pt, they did xrays and lab work then said they’d call her next day with results. Not only did no one contact her but when she kept trying to call for results they would just take a msg but no one called her back - this went on for a week - the dog still in pain and not eating - before my mom was finally able to speak with the vet and prescribe pain meds. However, that started a whole new process over the next few days of them not getting the prescriptions called in to her pharmacy, as she wasn’t able to drive to their office to pick up due to her age and mobility.

The people I've met here are so kind and loving to my dog, Elly. Dr. Stevie, especially, is compassionate and you can see Elly loves her back. Gave me some time as well & I highly recommend this facility ❤

Got my Jaeger in at 12:37 on a Sunday. They could have easily turned him away because of the time and they were closing. Discussed treatment plans and made me feel comfortable about each plan of action. I'm glad I found this place.
