This was my first dog ever, and they made me feel so welcomed. They took the time to educate me about my new puppy and answered all of my questions. They provided helpful resources and took great care of my puppy. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness, and professionalism. I will definitely be back in the future. Best experience at a vet. Dr Wigley and staff were all so kind, friendly, and loving to us and our fur baby. Dr Wigley we loved her bed side manner and love she gave our baby. Felt like at home. Thank you all. Will recommend to others.
Everyone here was wonderful! I noticed my Donzo broke a tooth and they got us in for a consult very quickly and were able to get him in shortly after for his dental surgery. Will be transitioning all my dogs to this location. Great clinic!
Arlo absolutely loves his vet! We wouldnt change them for the world! I HIGHLY recommend this vet to absolutely everyone. They go above and beyond for our fur babies and the staff is incredible. This was arlo this past december when he met Santa Clause!
We had moved to Mississippi from Illinois just 4 weeks prior you our elderly dog took a downward turn. He was 16 years old and just went downhill in a week. I called for them to help us get Radar across Rainbow Bridge. They had us come in within the hour. Mind you, we had never been to this office! They treated us all with care and respect, total empathy. We now take our Duke here, same awesome care!!
For the past 14 years, I’ve just dealt with the convenience of a vet close to home that I thought cared about my fur babies. Since I’ve become a resident in Gulfport, finally grew the courage to go to another vet. And let me tell you, the staff and Dr. Wigley were so comforting and loving. My 14 year old Chiweenie was cared for and I have so much reassurance because of how thorough Dr. Wigley was. I’m so happy so many people recommended this clinic and Dr. Wigley.
This review is similar to others, Northwood's service has drastically declined over the past year and a half. Their caring touch has turned into monthly prescriptions. They seem to care more for money now than actual quality service. I, unfortunately, will be taking my loved ones elsewhere.
