Insane pricing, overcharged my wife for checkup she didn’t ask for when she was just going to discuss pricing for a couple vaccines that ended up being over 500 dollars while constantly trying to upsell you on pet care plans that you likely don’t need. If you like not being uncharged and hustled go literally anywhere else. This is not affordable

My kitten misty has a viral infection. I was so happy that I could get her in. They was great with her and actually cared about her. I would go back again if I have an emergency and can't get them to my regular vet

The staff are unfailingly friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr. Gant is caring and knowledgeable as well. They've done a great job with both my cat and my large breed dog. My only complaint is that there's ALWAYS a wait - to get in (even with an appointment), to see the vet tech, to talk to the vet, and to pick up. It's often quite a lengthy wait, so be advised. I never plan anything on the same day as our visit. Just sayin'.

Banfield was wonderful with all three of our doggies. They explained everything they were going to do and then after everything they came in and gave us an update on how everything went. They also gave us a paper print out as well as having it in their file online, which for me is absolutely wonderful , Much love from our babies Lucretia', Miss Rosalynn, and Dandridge,

I like the fact that I feel safe for my pet by having Banfield, but I find that the price is a little high for the service. I recently cancelled my subscription but then within the same month started it again and they acted like I was a brand new customer that they had never seen before. It was only about 12 days from the cancellation to restart. When I brought my dog in I requested that they trim his nails and the trimming was done so poorly that I had to go home and complete the task. While there I was asked about his teeth cleaning and I said no because he had just had them done about 6 months before and yet they called me shortly after on the phone to tell me that they thought he needed a dental cleaning. (this was not the same person that I had talked to earlier). Although I think that they are pricey I still like the convenience of not having to find another vet, and I really would like to have the treatment that I pay extra for instead of paying and then having to complete it myself

We use the puppy care plan. It is wonderful. They care for my puppy as if she were their own. All of the vaccines are given, and her record is kept and shared with me on the app.

Never had a bad experience. They love our dog as much as we do. When she got hurt they got her right in to check on her. She was in the cone of shame for awhile but thanks to these guys is back to herself. The pet plan is very much worth the money.
