Overall terrible experience. On multiple occasions they recorded the wrong weight for my dogs, from my fit male mysteriously weighing 19lb down from 23 as a healthy adult to my growing puppy dropping 5lb between vaccines. The big problem. They hid an injury from us that happened to my dog while he was waking from anesthesia. Most dogs just get groggy, some dogs get the opposite effect, they get very agitated. I learned this after watching my good boy get sedation for his euthanasia, he would look back and forth and bark/huff/growl. After seeing this with my own eyes I finally put the pieces together. Our dog went in for a dental, and was given back to me with a giant bump on his head. By the next day the bump grew and popped like a blister, forcing us back to the vet and dropping $400 for wound care. There's a 100% chance my dog suffered from dysphoria(agitation from sedation) and hit his head on his kennel or another hard object, repeatedly. Meaning they didn't monitor him during waking like they should have, and didn't tell us about the injury. Wife and I immediately moved all of our animals down the road a mile to the east and stayed with that office until we moved across Columbus. 0/10 do not recommend.

During a home renovation we were staying in an air bnb, my two senior pups came down with terrible diarrhea. Not sure if was anxiety or viral, but the whole staff was wonderful and showed great concern and compassion. My Ellie is in advanced kidney failure so we were no doubt very concerned and they also showed the same concern and urgency about her care. We couldn’t get into our vet. I would highly recommend the entire staff here. Thanks for taking such good care of Ellie Mae and Abby Sue!

Went to take my cats for their biannual today and the vet was awesome with them. Met both cats and gave some helpful insights into their health. She was also very understanding with my toddler who was definately overtired.

I had an emergency with my beloved cat a few weeks ago. She wasn't a current patient but they got her in the same day. It didn't end how I hoped it would, but the doctor and other staff were so kind and compassionate. I appreciate all that they did in the final hours of my pet's life and how gentle they were with us in the process of putting our pet to sleep. Thank you.

Dear Friends, I want to thank you for the treats and wonderful hugs I recieve when I bring my humans to visit. They can be a bit difficult but you always treat them well. My paw is feeling much better now and I have returned to taking my humans for lovely walks again...they enjoy it so much. I will try to cut down on the kibble, eventhough I do not agree that I am a bit "chunky". Everything you do is compassionate and always in my best interest to make sure I am living the best life possible. You always take time to make it a positive experience for me. I look forward to visiting you again. Respectfully, Handsome Jackson Blue "Jack"

Dr. Gibson and Harley are absolutely amazing and have always made my partner and I feel heard about any concerns we have toward our pets. My dog Denver is very nervous at the vets office and the way Dr. Gibson & Harley handle her in such a professional and caring way makes me love to come back here for everything my pets may need. My cat Tuf adores everyone at the office as well. Also a huge shoutout to the front desk workers who are ALWAYS so amazing to work with and have helped me out in so many ways from getting questions answered to just being super kind while getting us scheduled. Thank you to everyone there! You guys are amazing!
