Very kind, compassionate, and understanding. They got us a same day appointment. We were there until past closed business hours yet we in no way felt rushed or that our dog was under-threated. They care and want patients to feel comfortable.

First time here, I really liked the staff and the doctor. Helpful and didn't feel like they were going overboard fishing for add ons. New patient and was in and out in about 30 min.

Our yellow and black labs used to be patients here from the time they were puppies. Our yellow lab, got very sick when she was two and was mis-diagnosed for months with what ended up being blood cancer. Had this vet clinic been more aggressive in seeking out answers, we very likely could have caught the cancer before it spread so bad. We ended up losing her when she was only 2-1/2. After this experience, we were very hesitant to take our black lab back there. Fortunately, she has been very healthy until recently when she hurt her back leg. I called CVC and spoke with Debbie, who was LESS than caring or compassionate. When I was done explaining what was going on with our lab, she said "Technically we haven't seen her in over 3 years" and "technically she is not our patient anymore" and "technically we are not accepting new patients/clients". There was no care for our lab, and clearly caring for animals is secondary to office practices which a kind-hearted person can choose to act on.

I love Trish went there for many years with my 5 cats and rescues along the way. Great vet! But the front desk clerk Debbie is literally the rudest person I have tun into. It's not like a bad day thing, it's an every time you see her thing. Crack a smile once in a while, would ya? We are all holding our breath!

Trish is wonderful with both of my anxious pups. Prices are very reasonable and they are always able to get me in quickly. Debbie at the front desk isn't always pleasant and can sometimes make you feel like you're inconveniencing her but I attribute that to her being extremely busy.

We have been taking our cat Ben there for three years. Awesome vet. Great prices, very reasonable. They are great with pets.

THE VERY BEST!!! I have been coming here for over 20 years. Absolutely amazing care! Dr. Schmidt and her staff are very compassionate and professional. I will not take my fur babies anywhere else.
