As always we received top tier care for our boy Brick. He had a mass growing out of his paw and they thought they would have to amputate. The day of surgery they were able to avoid amputation and removed the mass. The Entire team here are caring and loving to my pups which makes these difficult situations easier. I can not thank this team enough for their dedication to ensuring those in their care (people and pets) are healthy and happy. I will never take any dog of mine anywhere else because they are simply the best.

Dr. Jenkins at Lovett in Arrow is truly an amazing veterinarian and an incredible person. She saved my cat’s life, and I and my family will always be grateful 🙏❤️ When my cat Silky was critically ill, euthanasia was discussed as a possibility. Dr. Jenkins was honest, transparent, and compassionate throughout the entire process. She clearly explained our options and recommended medical treatment, which ultimately saved Silky’s life.. Silky is doing great! she recovered and back to her playful nature ☺️❤️ Everyone at Lovett was kind and professional, but Dr. Jenkins truly stood out. Her knowledge, care, and dedication made all the difference. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a veterinarian who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for both pets and their families.

Dr. Tarr was awesome. As most pet owners I was in panick mode when my pet had a health issue. Dr Tarr was great to listen to my concerns, but more importantly, assessing my pets issues and assuring me my pet would be fine. I trust my pet is in good hands at Lovet Pet Health Care.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I brought my dog here immediately after she was mauled by a neighbor’s dog. The vet barely examined her, took my word for where the wounds were instead of actually checking thoroughly, and sent us home with only a basic antibiotic. The very next day, I discovered a second large gaping wound right next to the first one — a wound the vet completely missed because they never properly examined her. Over the following week, my dog got worse and worse. Her skin and muscle became necrotic while we trusted that she had been properly treated. We rushed her to an emergency vet after a week, where we were told the damage was severe and she had to be put down. The heartbreak and guilt from this is unimaginable. Had this vet done even a basic thorough examination and taken her injuries seriously, my dog could very possibly still be alive today. I will never forgive the negligence and lack of care we experienced here.

I took my dog Toby to Arrow for 12 years. They took excellent care of him from the beginning right to the very end of his life. They are total professionals with the most friendly and compassionate staff. I am so glad I chose them to be our veterinary clinic of choice.

If there’s ever an "accident," they immediately take care of it with kindness and never expect me to step in — such a small thing, but it speaks volumes about their compassion.
