I recently took my Yorkies for a nail trim and decided that I would just go ahead and get their annual shots. This is the first time and will be the last time. I have never had my dogs taken to another room for shots and nail trim. I was presented with options of the different flea, tick, and heartworm protections. The options presented were presented as if it was as you would typically get more than 1 month for the cost. If that would have been explained I would have declined. The nails were not well trimmed and I ended up taking them back for correction. While there I attempted to return the bag of the 1 pill. I was told they couldn't take it back but that I would receive a call about the problem and the refund. I have yet to receive said phone call and it has been 3 days since that time. I previously took my pets to a different vet and due to moving I thought it would be easier on them to find one closer. Well, that was a huge mistake and I would not bring my pets there again no matter what. I will drive the extra to take them to a vet that is trustworthy. I highly recommend not using this clinic.

Gladstone Animal Clinic has been the absolute best experience since we started coming here. Every one of the Vets, Vet techs, vet assistants, ladies at the front desk, every single person we have encountered has been fantastic. You're not there for a good reason. They know that and they help all the way through... even when its the end. I won't have a dog that doesn't get the absolute best from me and that is 100% Gladstone Animal Clinic. R.I.P. Diesel

I’ve taken my 10-year-old cat Charlie therefore several years. Location is nice and clean and everyone in the office is always so pleasant. Each visit never takes very long and they treat Charlie very gentle as he is kind of a scary cat and a big baby. I would recommend this veterinarian.

Very thankful GAC has urgent care hours on the weekend. While charges are expensive, when you have no other options and your animal is ill, it was something we were willing to do. The vet and staff were very caring and nice and did not try to increase our costs unnecessarily (thank you very much!).

My dude Salvy ate a huge amount of hoodie string. He was lethargic, couldn’t even keep water down and I knew he was in big trouble. Dr. Shulse evaluated him in less than 10 minutes after we got to the clinic and had a game plan right away. He was very calm and confident that everything would be okay. After surgery and some recovery time, my dude is home and has his swagger back, he’s splashing in his water bowl, wagging his tail everywhere he goes and is acting like nothing happened. He was treated very gently, very kindly throughout this whole ordeal and I am extremely grateful!

I’m not one to write reviews, but this place has a part of my heart now. About a month ago we had to take my 14 year old dog in for emergency bc she was having cluster seizures. The vet did an amazing job at explaining everything to me to make sure I understood what was happening. He answered every question we had and told us they found a big tumor on my little girls liver. They ended up doing blood work to see if she could have surgery, but because of her old age we didn’t want to risk losing her and paying for the surgery (she was also previously diagnosed with dementia), so he sent us home with seizure medication that would help her. However the medication didn’t work and she would have a seizure every 2 hours. Later that night we called the clinic again to see what we could do, but since the vet already had given her the strongest medication there was available, my family and I came to the decision of having to put her down. When I called to make the appointment they said we would only have an hour to say our goodbyes, but the staff was super friendly and told us to take as much time as we needed since she was our little girl after all. They offered chocolate kisses in a jar saying every dog deserves a kiss goodbye (pets being able to taste chocolate for the first time). The vet explained the process and what each medication was for before injecting her and triple checked to see if we were okay with continuing. We decided to have an at home burial and they put her in a cardboard coffin with her bed and made her look comfortable. They gave each family member a tiny jar with her hair and they mailed us her paw prints 2 weeks later with a handwritten condolence note card. This week marks a month without my little girl and to my surprise they mailed us a hand poured candle in memory of her. 10000/10 recommend bringing your pets here if you sadly need to say goodbye to them. They make you feel at home/like a family and if I ever get another pet I know to bring them here.

Because of this experience, we will never return to this clinic and will be warning others about how our emergency was handled. At approximately 5:15 PM tonight, my 2.5-pound Yorkie was brutally attacked by another dog. He was bleeding, screaming in pain, and dragging his back leg afterward. Your office was still open until 6:00 PM and is literally only minutes from our home. While my husband rushed him to the clinic, I called around 5:20 PM to let staff know we were coming with an emergency. Instead of showing any urgency, compassion, or concern, the woman who answered told me the staff was in a "meeting" and that we would have to wait until 6:00 PM for the emergency vet clinics to open. Let that sink in: a veterinary office knowingly refused to help a severely injured 2.5-pound dog during normal business hours because a staff meeting was apparently more important. I cannot adequately describe the anger and disbelief we felt hearing that while our dog was actively bleeding and unable to walk properly. Emergencies do not conveniently wait until after meetings are over. If your clinic is unwilling to respond to critical situations during posted business hours, then pet owners deserve to know that before trusting you with their animals. Thankfully, we found care elsewhere, but this experience destroyed any trust we had in this clinic. We are beyond disgusted with how this situation was handled
