Cross Winds Animal Clinic

I was referred to Cross Winds Animal Clinic by my friend who also goes there and spoke so highly of them. We have a new puppy and we’re very happy with the care and attention provided to us and the welcoming staff they have that truly cares about your fur babies!!! We are grateful to have a caring vet that treats our animal with love and compassion! The prices are so much better and the level of care is more attentive and personal.

Cross Winds has been our veterinarian since 2010 for our kitty. My cat has hyperthyroidism, and the doctors and nurses at CW love my baby and have always treated him with care. His medication is filled in house, and the prices have always been competitive. The doctors are always transparent about our options and have given us the medications we can use to make our baby feel better. Recently our kitty was very sick, and they gave us all the meds and tools that helped him make a full recovery, checking on us 3 times a week, letting us know our options every step of the way. I'm glad we have such an amazing team so close to the house. Thank you!

While on vacation, my dog Tukker had a seizure. When I called the clinic they were so helpful in getting my dog in to be seen. The receptionist was great. The Vet Tech was so thorough and so wonderful with our dog. The Dr. was also very great and thorough in getting all the needed tests to ensure he is healthy.

We love our vet. We found our vet in Jan. 2013 when we adopted our Faye from Friends for Life rescue. Our daughter takes her little Chi-winnie and cat to Cross Winds as well. We always get follow-up calls to be sure our pets are doing well after their visit! This says a lot about the care and compassion they have for animals! Thank you, Cross Winds, for taking such good care of our "fur kids."

This is my very first visit to this clinic as recommended by one of my clients at my auto shop. Recently my veterinarian retired and sold the locale to anew outfit that will not have regular vet services and instead, will be a 24 hour emergency hospital. I have to say that my first experience at Cross Winds was very pleasant and I really liked the thoroughness that my wife received regarding my first dog's appointment, especially since my boy Mopar has a heart murmur and is a very delicate and emotional situation for me to deal with. I sincerely liked the tactful and positive approach he received in every way and the fact that I wasn't apprehensive from the start. I am bringing in my other two buddies on their regular check up date to see if they feel the same as Mopey when they meet the staff. So far, I am very glad I made the decision to come here just based on trust from my dear friend (and loyal client). Ms. Janis!

This was a new veterinarian due to an injury to our dog. The front office was not welcoming. The doctor was impersonal and after 2-3 mins without talking thru history tried to make a diagnosis. We provided a complete background when calling and the tech was completely wrong about the reason for our visit. We will not return or recommend this location.

I’ve been coming to Cross Winds with my mom since I was a little girl with my childhood dog, I remember Dr Roach was the one to put him down and made it so sweet and memorable for me. Now that I’m an adult and have 4 dogs of my own, I’ve been taking my dogs to Cross Winds all these years and I love it! My dogs love the staff too! Everyone is always so nice and Dr Roach is amazing!!
