Banfield Pet Hospital

My cat had gotten injured, I made an appointment online, there were very good with keeping me up to date with my appointment schedule. There was a little conflict with my appointment same day with double booking, but they resolved it right away and provided amazing service. The staff was very professional and took very good care of my cat and provided her with antibiotics and now she is fully healed. I look forward to them being my main vet provider from here on now.

I made an appointment for my rescue dog. She stopped eating and drinking. I was u able to go to my regular vet because of the holiday. My dog died because I couldn't get to the vet.Banfield was the only place open.They did what they could but it was too late.I was heart broken. But I blame being told that it was a holiday and no one was available at my vet.I will not trash him,but I'll never use him again.

I take my little doggo Bobby here and they always take good care of my little boy. I always get my prices up front, so there are no surprises. It is our my new family vet. 🐕

There were some frustrations throught the process of getting my dogs eye looked at. 1. I booked online for a room visit at 830am. On the morning of the appointment I get a call at 730am saying the doctor is in surgery during these times and we would have to reschedule. When I asked why it didn't reflect online, I was told the problem was known for a while and it creates a scheduling night mare. 2. I had to sit in the room for 40 minutes waiting for the doctor. My pupper did get seen and the outcome was acceptable for the amount that was paid. Funny part is the doctor told me she doesn't do surgeries......... So why did we reschedule......

This location is by far the best! The staff Dr Meng Jeff, Autum and everyone are so caring and very compassionate when it comes to our pets. They helped me with the passing of my baby recently and totally understand my pain. I thank them all for taking good care of my baby Gio these past 11 years. Thank you team and I will forever be thankful for all the kindness and care you all gave to Gio

I have serious concerns about Banfield Vet Hospital. Most recently, my dog was prescribed Posatex, I followed the directions exactly, and the bottle ran out after only 4.5 doses. Staff acknowledged there "isn’t a lot in there," but I was still told to pay another $75 for a second bottle, with no real alternative plan for my dog’s interrupted ear infection treatment. This follows another Banfield experience where my dog was left unattended and nearly died after swallowing a leash. Based on multiple experiences, No wonder there is serious concern from the public about Banfield.

Was really disappointed today. Was trying to do a simple refill pick up for my dogs medication that she’s been in for over a year. It was one issue after another with trying to change the dose for no valid reason, directions for the med were not appropriate, and then when those issues were corrected, was charged twice in order to process (re-label). Was told I’d have to come back in when the manager is there in order to get the refund for the error they created! Poor dog has been without meds for a couple weeks now so I felt compelled to just pay for the duplicate charge. Plus had to pay double of what I normally pay for a 30 day supply. Waste of an hour trying to get them to make sense. Ridiculous.
