Thrive Pet Healthcare - Germantown

I actually had such a great experience at Thrive Vet in Germantown today. Dee at the front desk was awesome! Super friendly, funny, and made the whole visit feel easy and relaxed. You can tell she loves what she does and genuinely cares about both the pets and their humans. Honestly, she made what could’ve been a stressful visit actually enjoyable!

The team at Clinic, from the staff to the doctors, are extremely caring and attentive. They always make time for my Dog and ensure comfort at every step.the are very welcoming, and the entire team is kind, supportive, and loving. They truly make you feel safe and well cared for. I highly recommend them

If I could give a zero I would. I scheduled last night two appointments for my sister's cats after we realized they were sick. Ended up taking on to the ER vet and they only released him because we had an 8am appointment. We booked the appointments online and once arrived got a check in link. However they didn't open after we got there and we even waited till 830. The second cats appointment was supposed to be at 9am. Online it said it was open called and said they were closed. However several other people showed up for scheduled appointments while we were waiting.

I cannot thank Thrive Pet Healthcare enough for what they did for our world - our pitbull, Jack Daniel. Our roommates gave him to us as a surprise wedding gift when he was just 8 weeks old. The woman who sold him to our roommates claimed he had all his shots and everything a puppy needs — but just two days after we got him, Jack became very sick. He had no energy, couldn’t stand up by himself, and we rushed him to a nearby emergency hospital. That’s when we got the devastating news: he had parvovirus. Unfortunately, that hospital seemed more interested in money than helping. They gave us only one day’s worth of medication and sent us on our way. We were desperate, scared, and didn’t know if our little guy would make it. That’s when we found Thrive Pet Healthcare. From the moment we came in, Dr. B. Kaler truly cared about Jack. She saw he was in bad shape, pooping blood, and immediately gave us a full week’s worth of medication and the support we needed. Thanks to her, Jack pulled through. Today, he’s almost 3 years old and healthy — you’d never know he was once fighting for his life. I am forever grateful to Thrive Pet Healthcare and Dr. B. Kaler for saving my boy. Jack wouldn’t be here without her compassion, knowledge, and dedication.

Outstanding Care Dee made our visit to Thrive Vet a completely stress-free experience. She is amazing! Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care for pets and owners alike turned a routine appointment into something truly positive. She’s a true gem, and the practice is fortunate to have her.

I have been taking my German Shepard Diesel to this vet since he was a puppy. It’s sad to say that we are parting ways with thrive, due to moving out of state. Our overall experience with thrive has been nothing but fabulous! The staff and doctors are amazing, they make sure my fur baby is well taken care of! They have set the standard high! I always recommend Thrive to all friends and family back home! We appreciate everything thrive and the staff has done for diesel to keep him healthy and strong! Diesel will miss you guys 🐾

I came in for a first time visit with my very anxious large dog. The technician & doctor were very nice and understanding. They tried their best to examine my pup but he was a little too nervous. Even though we couldn’t get the treatment today (no fault to the vet) we were given instructions/meds and a second chance to come back. I have a Pitty and as well all know they have a false reputation of being bad and dangerous dogs but here at thrive Germantown we felt understood and comfortable. Thank you!
