I’ve been going to city vet for years in different locations around DFW… Dr Johnston and her staff are the best I’ve ever experienced! I have a sweet bunny who has some chronic issues now that she’s older, and the staff at Lexington are always so kind and gentle with her. I love Dr Johnston’s assistant, Andrea, as well. She is so professional and puts me at ease if I ever have concerns. The front office is always so good at replying to my texts if I ever have a concerns. They have given a really good diagnosis and health plan to help manage my bunny’s symptoms. I appreciate Dr Johnston’s follow up emails after each appt and the check ins they do each time my bunny has something done. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The office was very clean! Dr. Johnston and staff were super attentive. I will be bringing my fur babies here from now on! Update! I had to take in my Shih Tzu Tina and the team was amazing as always! I always feel heard and that my pets needs are taken care of. Love this office Update*** Still wonderful cafe for my fur babies! We were worried Simba had a heart murmur and Dr. Johnston went above and beyond! She observed him for a day and he was so anxious. She then said we should try some gabapentin and bring him back. World of difference! Poor little guy was anxious! She saved us so much money by being patient and trying other avenues for us! So thankful for this loving team at City vet Lexington !

Dr Johnston and her staff are THE BEST. Literally, it doesn't get any better. Compassionate, caring, genuine souls that treat our fur babies like their own. Medicine with dignity. They candidly discuss price of services rendered ahead of time and we never get the used car salesman vibe like other veterinarian clinics we have come to know. 5 star clinic and staff, we are patients for life

Dr. Johnston is amazing. She really takes the time to listen and knows what’s best for our pets. She even gave our puppy a little tour to make him feel more comfortable. Their staff is always polite and cheerful.

Everyone in the Frisco Lexington office is amazing. I had taken my dog to the vet 3 times in one week and was told he just had anxiety, Teddy was yelling and in pain on the Friday before it snowed and CityVet told me to go ahead and bring him in since our usual vet had closed for the storm. The staff took him in and found out that he had a degenerative disc that was causing his pain and helped get him calmed down and out of pain. I knew then this was going to be our new vet for all 4 fur babies and I have not been disappointed. They really cared and Teddy loves going in and seeing the staff. Thank you to the entire staff.

After researching several vet clinics in Frisco, TX, this one stood out by far! The entire experience was exceptional, and the value was incredible. I’m thrilled to have found my new go-to clinic for all three of my adult Labrador Retrievers!
