Dr.Shiv Salwan is the best veterinarian I have ever had for my pets. He doesn’t rush in and out like many vets unfortunately do. He answers all my questions patiently ,he’s very knowledgable and confident without being arrogant, is honest with his answers, and is very kind. There’s a gentleness about him that makes you glad your beloved pet is in his care . He had his staff follow up with a phone call the next day to check on my cat, which I really appreciate. I find his staff at reception, and the techs who come into the exam rooms, all efficient, helpful, and friendly. The only thing I would say needs improving, is the online appointment request form…. It doesn’t always guarantee someone will get back to you with an appt. It’s best to just call them directly on the phone.That works much better for now.

I love this Veterinary Hospital. I think it is the best for general practice needs, making sure everything is going well with your pet. I can speak to medical specialty services. But it seems to me that most of the lower stars in the reviews are due to pets that were already having issues and might have needed specialty care which can be hard to find in many places. I've been taking my mini schnauzer here for 7 years and have always been happy with the service.

Everyone here is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They really take the time to listen and care for both pets and owners. The wait time for appointments is short, and everything runs smoothly. It was my first visit, and I’ve already decided this will be our regular vet from now on. Honestly the best vet experience I’ve had in the U.S. — and their pricing is very fair, too!

There are no words to describe the appreciation I have for Dr. Shiv Salwan and his staff particularly Kayla and Dana. Dr. Shiv saved one of my cats of a high fever and saved his life. The Doctor acted swift and the doctor and staff didnt hesitate to provide the best care even though my cats are very difficult to handle. Dr. Shiv is very knowledgeable and takes the time to call you and meet with you to explain everything thoroughly. All the cats are doing great now. In addition, no other hospital is willing to work with rescue cats at such a reasonable price. These Doctors at Tri-City are dedicated to the community. I have searched lower prices and no one else provides affordable care to animals like Tri-City in Fremont. Moreover, it is quality care from Vet Doctors that have a profound wealth of experience and graduated from some of the best schools. I will continue to go to Tricity for my cats. I trust them and would rather give my money to a hospital that truly meets the needs of the local community and truly cares about our animals. My profound respect to the doctors and staff at Tri-City Veterinary Hospital in Fremont.

Dr. Salwan Jr. was very helpful, knowledgeable, caring and very kind. Same as his assistant and all the staff. It was my first time in Tricity Veterinary Hospital and they exceeded my expectations. If I could give them 1,000 stars, I would! Thank you Tricity Veterinary Hospital for treating my dog(King) with love and care.

Friendly front desk, Nice and patient doctor, good work on the treatment (skin rash). Cost is not low but not in the highest range. Not a fancy place but efficient. It doesn’t have overall high rating but I’m satisfier with my experience

Looking for a vet that loves your pet like you do? This is the place!! Took my male cat in yesterday for a reoccurring UTI issue and the team at this client really cares for animals as they would their own. I have taken several of my pets here over the past 15 years or so and every time they show that it’s all about the care of your animal NOT about ripping you off to make money. Also they have a real sense of urgency when it comes to serious issues with your pet so they make the effort to take them right away. Can’t recommend this place enough!
