My only disappointment is that I can only award the VetCo team 5 stars. I am beyond impressed by their expertise and genuinely moved by their compassion. Our Freddy was in renal failure, and we were absolutely panicked. Angie Clark, Teresa Richards, and Dr. Juanna Chin acted quickly and decisively to relieve Freddy’s pain and to calm our fears. Dr. Duckett followed up with clear instructions and thoughtful dietary recommendations to support Freddy’s recovery. Freddy is home now and healing beautifully. Our heartfelt thanks and deep gratitude to the entire VetCo team for their exceptional care.

My poor baby was getting destroyed by fleas and causing her to scratch massive chunks of fur off. Petco was able to get her in, checked and medicated in less than 3 hours and less than 150 dollars. Dr Duckett and Chelsea were so sweet to my nervous dog and made sure she was safe. Angie explained the process and cost to us. Dental is extremely well priced as well. 10/10 will recommend.

After losing my therapy dog, my mental health took a hit—something my therapist gently noticed and encouraged me to address. When my husband brought home our new kitten, Izzbell Storm Jeremiah (lovingly rescued from a storm drain), my heart began to heal. She’s been with us for three weeks now and is already a beacon of comfort through my chronic illness days. I had so many questions about getting started with pet care again, especially regarding pet insurance. Angie at the front desk went above and beyond—she patiently answered all my questions about Vetco Total Care, made me feel supported, and even offered a free consultation for Izzy. Her kindness and knowledge made all the difference. I’m deeply grateful to Vetco for being part of this new chapter. Izzy is more than a pet—she’s part of my healing. Thank you for helping us get off to a beautiful start together.

Just got back from an appointment with my dog, Scout. He had vaccines, tests and the techs clipped his nails. Bless them!! This is an awesome place and the techs and the veterinarian couldn't have been nicer or more professional. My "fur baby" is tired but we are thankful for our vet team!

An overall amazing experience with the wonderful ladies that work here. From the vet, assistants, etc, they were all so helpful and helped ease my mind since I was worried about my puppy. 100% thankful they were able to get us in and the pricing for everything was so reasonable. Highly recommend. Here's a photo of my sweet Selene who unfortunately had Parvo. However, we've completed her treatment (with a few quarantine days left to go) and she's happy and healthy again.

I went to Vetco in Fort Smith for the first time today, and my experience was amazing. The entire team was exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hilvert, Chelsea, and Angie, and they were all super friendly and very dedicated. I will definitely be coming back. My dog usually gets nervous, but not this time. I will definitely be coming back!

The staff is amazing and the services are awesome. The doctor explains things well and doesn't do anything that he doesn't seem necessary. You pay for what you get for sure. I recommend seeing them and getting to know the staff. They always remember my kids and my pets and check on them even when we aren't scheduled!
