Ambassador Animal Hospital

Every time I visit Ambassador Vet Animal Hospital with my two dogs the staff is always courteous, professional and respectful. They handle my pets tenderly and kind. The staff knows how to handle my misbehaving dogs who didn’t want to be there. Their staff knew exactly how to keep them under control with no issues. They received all their shots and meds with little to no issues. I love this place for my pets. And their office is very clean. My dogs are happy.

I really enjoy the convenience of the location. The veterinarian was very nice as well as the techs. They usually get me right in on time. It's also very quiet compared to my last vet. Which is a big plus because my dogs are usually very anxious. The Rates are higher than I'm used to paying. But that is not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend.

We called for a physical and shots for our pup and the staff was able to squeeze us in right before the holidays. They were professional and knowledgeable and patient with us as we asked all of our questions. They provided alternative treatments that fit our budget and that was a nice surprise and made us felt really cared for. Even more, they gave us samples which I think were really helpful. It allowed us to see how our pup would respond to their products. We really appreciate you and your staff and will be returning customers. Oh did I mention, our pup didn’t even whimper while getting those shots lol Me and my daughter were worried about that but Peper did just fine.

I've been taking Queen and Brooklyn to Ambassador for over 4 years. They board there also. The staff and doctor are wonderful. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I love that my babies are remembered and cared for at this office. I would certainly recommend this practice for your animals. Queen is a Cavalier King Charles mixed with Shih Tzu and Brooklyn is a Bichon mixed with Shih Tzu.

I cannot express how amazing this animal hospital is. I absolutely love it. Everyone for the most part is really nice. Izzy was amazing! Can’t remember if she was a tech, assistant or what but she was a star! Very educated, polite and sweet. Great conversationalist. So sweet to my dog Pearlette. You can tell her passion for animals and people. And Dr. Kettlekamp! What a great guy. He is so experienced, so smart, very calm and beautiful energy. My dog Pearl warmed up to him so quick and was in love! Dr. Kettlekamp took his time talking to us and addressing our concerns. Will be going back! (took this photo with the two’s permission)

My dog Charlie is afraid of a lot of things, especially getting his nails trimmed. The techs at Ambassador are consistently kind & patient with him. They’re efficient too, which Charlie really appreciates. Thanks to the vet & techs at Ambassador, Charlie’s recent oral surgery was as pain-free & stress-free as possible. I’m happy to drive across town to see our friends at Ambassador!

I’ve been going to Ambassadors for a little over 5 years. They have always taken good care of our pups. When one of my dogs had passed, they sent me a card, signed by all of the employees there, saying their condolences. I now take my dog Ruby there. She has been in training for dog and human aggression because she’s a rescue. They have always been helpful, understanding, loving and patient. They always greet her and ask her how her training has been. But Anna, a vet tech, has always been super loving with Ruby. She is the first person to kiss, go up to and let someone pet her! She used to have to be sedated and muzzled but now, with Anna’s help, she doesn’t need any of that. Anna sits on the floor with her, no matter how long it takes to make Ruby feel comfortable. Just an outpour of love and understanding. I will forever go here and recommend anyone here.💛
