This was our first time here and we had a great experience. Dr. Dale was very attentive, and really took the time to listen, and was so good with my 14-year-old lab, Percy. We liked him a lot and will definitely be coming back. The receptionists and vet assistants were also very nice which made the whole visit even better.

I am so disappointed by the quality of care shown by this office and the staff. Lack of communication, no follow through in an emergency, and absolutely no transparency with care. While I can appreciate running tests and being thorough, there was not enough urgency in the care provided leading us to another hospital for the proper care. Dog is now in emergency surgery and in good hands at another facility, no thanks to this location. Please do better for your future patients and anxious pet parents

Absolutely love this clinic. Dr.Brown and his team are always so kind, he called after clinic to check on my dog and it meant the world to us! We bring both our dogs here and have for years.

The medical field gives me caution for many personal reasons, veterinary medicine included. When I moved, I knew it would be hard for me to trust different Vet that I knew nothing about. For someone who doesn’t run to doc very often, I’ve had a series of emergencies in the last 2 years that’s forced me visit Riverbark quite a bit and they have really came through. The service is excellent, the veterinarian care is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I felt listened to and respected. As I know I can be a handful with my reluctance towards the medical field, I now feel like I can let my guard down because I have a reliable vet who I trust.

Occasionally I would bring my dog (Storm) here for a recurring ear infection and the staff and doctors were always great. About 2 years ago Storm got really sick and they recommended a medication that helped her bounce back for a few weeks and brought the joy back in her eyes. Sadly Storm ended up getting worse and as difficult as it was to let her go, I took her to Riverbark to be put to sleep. The Doctor explained the entire process and reassured me I was doing the right thing for Storm at the right time. I was taken to a private room and given time to say my final goodbyes and when I was ready they allowed me to hold Storm while the Doctor administered the medications needed. Then I was guided to a private exit which I definitely needed that day. As hard as that was for me, I couldn’t help but think how tough it must be on the staff having to repeat that same process many times over each week. I had ordered a paw print from them also as they took care of her remains. I put off picking the print up for months and when I went back they had included a card signed by the entire staff and I can’t describe how much that meant to me. If I ever get another dog I will definitely use Riverbark for my Veterinary care. Thank you all so much.

While my son was out of town his dog was severely injured by an other dog. They treated him and were very good to him ,excellent care. They do care about your animals not just a money grab which seems to becoming the norm now.

Dr. Dale and his staff go above and beyond every single visit. In all my years as a pet owner, I have never experienced the level of care and compassion that I receive here. The entire team is friendly, helpful, and provides outstanding customer service. Dr. Dale is by far the most caring and efficient veterinarian I have ever met. He treats you with the utmost respect, listens attentively, and never makes you feel like your concerns are unimportant. He takes the time to validate and address every question with patience and understanding. I would highly recommend River Bark Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and professional place to bring their pets.
