From overnight stays at Paws Inn to the above and beyond service and friendliness for my dog and cats at the West Side Per Hospital - you won’t find a better team to take care of your furry friends. My lab has also had a surgery at this location that I was incredibly impressed by the talent of the doctor and team. Professional, compassion, and kindness are elevated to the level where my lab is quite literally wagging his tail when we arrive… at the vet! Thank you to the entire staff at West Side Pet Hospital and Paw’s Inn - for loving my pets ALMOST as much as I do. 🖤🐾🐕‍🦺🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

The staff is always so friendly and I do not have to worry about if my animals are being treated properly. When I call or come in they know who my pets are and that gives me comfort and makes me feel they care. My fur babies are excited to see their smiling faces when they go.

We have been going here for years with our cat. He was older and had several health issues. He recently started showing concerning breathing behaviors, so we brought him in and and they were extremely rough with him. He always gets agitated at the vet but they were not considerate and aggressively restrained him even though they could tell he was distressed. This sent him into another episode where he was unable to breathe properly and was extremely stressed out. We had to physically remove him from the vet techs hands because of how how rough they were continuing to be despite obvious signs he was not doing well. After this we tried to take him home only for him to pass away on the drive home in extreme distress. This whole incident was devastating for me. I would absolutely not recommend bringing a sick animal who gets scared at the vet to this business, they showed no special consideration for his condition and caused him to pass away sooner than he would have if we had not sought care from them.

Treats you like family… My wife has had nothing but positive things to say about the clinic. Our dog and cat are taken care of, we are able to schedule as needed with minimal wait, and staff remember us. I, personally, have felt slightly off about the office simply because I have voiced concern regarding my cat’s chronic runny nose (due to herpes) on two different visits only to be dismissed. However, unless I have a truly heartbreaking experience, I will continue to take my kids here due to the staff treating us as family as well as always inquiring about the health of my cat when my wife visits. Oh and a drive thru pet pharmacy?? That’s epic. 👍🏼

I have a Goldendoodle pup, and she absolutely loves Dr Messal and their staff!!! She also goes to Paws Inn for boarding sometimes, and she lives it there too! When I need to get her in for vet visits, they do what they can to get her seen! This is a great Vet!

My cat smelt so good and he still smells good, he felt so much better and looked better. They were very friendly and treated my cat well

Quick and easy check ins and the Vet was great with our dog. The price is a tough pill to swallow for the limited services received for our visit, but the location to our home makes up for it.
