El Paso Veterinary Supply

Went in with the veterinarians prescription, very friendly greeting the minute walk in the door and fantastic customer service shout out to Delia for her help and explaining this prescription. They have a huge variety of supplies in stock including horse lineaments. Centrally located close to the freeway and close to Montana Street.

I walked in asking a simple question. "Do you have a 1mL syringe with a curved tip for giving cats medicine?" The lady scoffed and said the boxes are over there. I start reading the boxes uninstall about the amount of syringes in each box. The man then says, "It's on the box. You know people who come in here usually know what they want. Because we don't sell to the public." And they both laugh. Look, just trying to give a sick cat her meds. Didn't need the snark or the comments. Very unprofessional.

Very bad experience. They care more about the Ups driver only cause related to one of there groomers. I'm handicapped parked in front where it tells you to do so for 10 minutes . Called to complain there response was we know him so park somewhere else and come in. Like if this was the only place in El Paso to by my supplies. I told her I'm yust taking my business to other store she said ok. This was on 9-19 2024 at around 1:30 pm. Awful service

Love this place they only have hi quality products. Excellent service.

They were really fast with the food, which was perfect as always. And I enjoyed spending time with my family! ☺️

A Ms Sylvia Andrade wrote a bad review. Just to clarify she was told we do not sell any script medications to the public. We only sell to licensed medical (Veterinary preferred) doctors who have a registered account with El Paso Veterinary Supply. The owner made it clear that we cannot and will not sell her any products and to purchase her script medications from her local veterinarian. She argued with owner who promptly and at first nicely explained the situation. She again was very persistent and he told her "no" she cannot purchase any medications. She again became argumentative and the owner just simply hang-up the phone. Please don't write a review unless you are a registered customer or soon to be registered Veterinarian. Thank you!
