I had to bring one of my babies to receive Urgent Care due to an eye injury. I have never been to such a caring, kind, courteous, and patient place. The staff treated him like one of their own, and also eased my fear and worries. He is now on the road to recovery and did not lose his eye thanks to Paige, Aaron, and Dr Cox. My fur babies are my world and I would never trust them to just anyone. They were treated better than their own home veterinarian and the prices were very reasonable for the injury that he sustained. If you love and treasure your fur babies, I highly recommend that you bring them here for care. Thank you so much for everything.I would give a hundred stars if I could. This is the best urgent care that that I have ever used. My baby had an eye injury and needed quick medical attention. The staff are very professional, courteous, and caring and patient. Due to their generous and prompt response, my dog did not lose his eye, or suffer with pain. He is now on the road to recovery. They treated him better than his own veterinarian. Thank you Aaron, Paige and Dr Cox for everything. You all are amazing. You all not only care for our pets but you care for us as well. If you treasure your fur babies, I highly recommend that you bring them here for their care.

What a great place! The staff here even care about the lives of spiders. All the little loves are in good hands here. These are our pets, our family and you can't trust just anyone with their care. But you can trust that you'll get the best care here.

Our Puppy was behaving differently and it had us very worried and feeling helpless. Dr. Jaycox and her team of techs quickly assessed the symptoms of the pup and provided diagnosis, treatment, and preventative measures to avoid further issues. This is an incredible alternative to an emergency vet and less expensive!!! I asked the doctor if we could make her our family vet and unfortunately, they keep their schedule free for urgent matters like what we experienced rather than for routine checkups. We will continue searching for a tender vet for our furry family, but Dr. Jaycox will always be our back-up vet!! Thank you, Team Vet Urgent Pet Care Center!!!

We had to take our dog in and they were so patient and considerate. The prices were less than our own vet. They were so respectful and helpful with us and our decision to let our dog go. They were so helpful with even juat information over the Phoen before we went in. We are so lucky to have them furring this hard time.

Unfortunately we lost our kitty today. This was our first visit to urgent pet care but it was so reassuring to know they were there when we needed them. The staff was very understanding and attentive to us and gave the best option for our boy. Would absolutely recommend and return in an urgent situation.

This place is the best. They are patient, friendly, and very reasonable with transparent pricing. I brought my dog in on a Sunday morning and they treated her very quickly. We were in and out in less than an hour with an effective treatment plan. The facility is super clean and easy to access. I recommend their services 100%, no question!
