Dr.Anderson . I have no words to describe you. And your wonderful heart. the incredible hard work for all the animals. I could never trust any other vets. As much as I trusted you. I am so grateful and thankful that I had the chance to meet a wonderful, compassionate person like you, who truly cared about animals and knew exactly what to do. The only vet that I knew . When I take a sick animal to I know it's not gonna be an experiment lab rat. She knows what to do. she fully understands the emotional stress as well as financial stress. That an animal could bring to an owner. . And that itself is priceless I am so grateful and thankful to meet. Doctor Anderson. She understands that some people have nothing in this world to look for rather than these little companions, that keeps us happy and give us endless. We have been taking our pets to Pet Medical Center of Edmond for years. They have been treated for many things throughout that time. From tumors, teeth cleanings, to their regular checkups. The Veterinarian staff have an inquisitive nature to find and treat your pets health problems. They are always wanting to explain and teach you what is happening with your pet, how the issue can be treated and possibly avoid the issue again if possible. I have had a couple instances I had gone wrong during the years taking my pets to this office. This happens at all businesses. The thing that sets this office apart from other places, and the reason I choose to give them 5 stars is their willingness and want to fix, help and/or work through any situation I might have questioned, and they did take care of my concerns. I have never met more knowledgeable and caring people than the Veterinarian staff, Vet tech’s, and front office staff, at Pet Medical Center of Edmond

My cat was a patient here and its very difficult for me to put her in a bag for transport, this place denied me a dewormer medicine for my cat because she hadn't been seen in two years . Well my cat needs medicine and you are my cat's vet and YOU DENIED MY POOR CAT SOME DEWORMER BECAUSE SHE HADN'T BEEN SEEN IN TWO YEARS . ITS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO LOAD HER INTO A BAG FOR TRANSPORT AND THEY DENIED HER MEDICINE. THIS PLACE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMAL'S OR PEOPLE . DO NOT TAKE TOUR ANIMALS HERE . I HOPE THIS PLACE CLOSES SOON 🔜🔜🔜🔜🔜. I WILL BE PRAYING ON IT AS LONG AS I'M ALIVE . THANKS FOR NOT HELPING MY CAT IN HER TIME OF NEED .

The doctor was very friendly & very experienced! She gave us tips to maintain our cat’s weight too! They made a follow up appointment too to check his weight later! She prescribed him the diet food after seeing him and analyzing his needs! Definitely a positive experience

Dr. Anderson is truly one of a kind! Not only is she an exceptional veterinarian, but she also has a heart of gold. Her genuine care and compassion for both pets and their owners are unmatched. Dr. Anderson takes the time to listen, explain, and ensure you feel confident about your pet’s care. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new veterinarian — she goes above and beyond every single time. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!

My dog is beginning the have special needs. The vets listen and explain well. I am pleased and also thankful.

I have a little chihuahua that had licked all the hair off his front and back legs all the way to the elbow. All the vets at Pet Medical Center worked really hard to come up with a solution to his problem and heard my concerns about certain medications. Dr. Hufnagel spent over 30 minutes explaining to me why he thought my little guy was having such a bad time with his licking and putting my mind at ease with what we were going to try. Now 3 months later all his hair has grown back and he does not lick his legs anymore. He was a rescue dog so he had really bad teeth. He sometimes would not eat his breakfast because he had such a really bad stomach ache and I had read that the rotten teeth were doing bad things to him. He went through the teeth cleaning and had 22 teeth removed. That was a real shock but they assured me that he would still be able to eat kibble. After only one week he was a different dog. Always eating his meals and playing with the other dogs and me and even by himself. I'm just so thankful that I gave these vets a try. They will have my business as long as I have dogs.
