We brought our 13 year old cat here, Lily, due to a gastrointestinal emergency. Despite the circumstances, we truly felt at ease leaving her with the team at IAC Urgent Vets. Dr. Shevaun and Dr. Ingrid were incredible, explaining with detail and thoughtfully answering our many questions. Nurse Grace was super attentive, spoke English and Spanish to provide translations, and I truly believe it was her palpable care and support that helped heal Lily so quickly. An immense thank you to this team for saving my childhood pet, my mom's best friend, and an important part of my family.

I made a rookie mistake bringing a bouquet of flowers inside Friday night. To my horror, my precious Scout was on top of my kitchen counter, merrily munching on the tip of a lily. A quick google search and I was rife with shock and dismay. I quickly called Blue Pearl who advised me to call ASPCA poison control. I did as much, and scurried over. Despite being told by poison control that time was of the essence, Blue Pearl was lackadaisical to say the least. While in their room for over 40 minutes, I called IAC who happily took my poison control number and told me to come in promptly. Here, they treated me with the urgency I really needed after realizing how toxic lily flowers are to cats. They had called poison control and were consulting for treatment within 5 minutes of my arrival. I had a great experience overall, even with the stress. The overnight Dr. was amazing in his explanation of best course of action for Scout and I chose to have him hospitalized him for 48 hours. I have Scout with me again now that his kidney levels have leveled off after a spike overnight and will be re-testing him after 24 hours as suggested. Thank you IAC Urgent Vets for your help during such a stressful time.

My parents visited in early April, when our dog suddenly passed away and the team at IAC were so compassionate and understanding. This visit was also very late at night. My parents are not fluent in English, so they called me to translate for them. The team were so very patient while I translated to my hysteric stepmom. They explained all the steps and made sure we understood. They gave us so much time to make decisions and also to grieve. Thank you so much! Although I didn’t actually visit the location, my parents were very appreciative of the service and care they received.

Dear Doctors and support staff, Thank you for the kindness and compassion you showed Cookie and our family. Because of the comfort and space you provided, I was able to stay by his side and hold him until his very last breath and that means more to me than words can express. Cookie was our little Morkie for 16 years and the heart of our family. You gave him the most peaceful and loving goodbye we could have ever asked for. What you do matters more than you know. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🐾🤍

I took my dog to this urgent care clinic due to active bleeding and was understandably very concerned. I paid the consultation fee, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed with the level of care and follow-up. During the visit, I was told that my dog would need surgery, and that management would reach out to me with an estimate and next steps. It has now been over a week, and I have not received any call, update, or follow-up from the clinic. I have also called several times to follow up, and each time I was told that management would reach out to me as soon as possible. Despite this, I still have not heard back from anyone. Additionally, my dog was not prescribed any medication or given any form of treatment plan to manage the issue in the meantime, which was frustrating given the urgency of the situation. Communication and follow-through are extremely important, especially in urgent care settings where pet owners are already stressed and worried. I expected better coordination and responsiveness after paying for a consultation. I hope the clinic improves its follow-up process and communication, as this experience was disappointing and left me without clear guidance during a critical time for my pet.

My poor fur baby was suffering from an injured paw. After the evaluation, the doctor found it to be a tumor on his paw; also my pup had and ear infection and was suffering from chronic dry eye as well. IAC were so professional and efficient. Got to get the surgery and everything taken cared of on the same day. My fur baby has anxiety and shuts down when he is not with us but the staff was so great with him that you could not even notice. Went back in a week for a follow up and my boy is in great shape. Paw looks brand new , medicine that was prescribed took care of eye and ear problem, they even made the process of getting prescription set up with Chewy fast and painless! Can not even find words to describe how great the nurse Ms. Nadeema was! She kept us well informed threw the whole process and was extremely kind and helpful every step of the way! It's hard seeing your pet/baby/family sick and in bad shape. You need a veterinary clinic like IAC that gives you that family feel while giving the best care! Just wanted to say thank you to the whole team, you guys are all amazing!
