I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the expert and compassionate care our beloved dog, Eddie received by this company. Words will never express the gratitude I feel for Ambuvet transferring my dog from queens to NYC animal medical center. He received the care he needed. Was comfortable and stable throughout the transfer, The CEO, Don was extremely responsive and made me feel at ease that my dog would be safe during transfer. Thank you again so very much for caring!!!!

We called AmbuVet when our baby tore his ACL, couldnt walk, and we couldnt get him to the car. OLLIE weighs around 100 lbs. And the both of us together couldn't lift him, and we were so full of nerves! AmbuVet was so professional and Don put us at real ease. OLLIE seemed to really enjoy his trip with them, that we even asked for a return trip. I'd recommend them for all your fur-baby emergencies. It was worth all the anxiety we saved from fear of getting him to and from the vet. Thanks Don for your patience and professionalism, Ollie really enjoyed the ride. They even gave us a discount for senior citizens rate.

I’m very grateful for the AmbuVet pet ambulance service. They arrived on time and handled my dog’s emergency with professionalism and care. My dog, Cyber, needed oxygen during transport to the emergency vet, and the team monitored him closely the entire time. Thanks to their quick response and attentive care, he is doing well now. I truly appreciate their help during such a stressful situation.

Ambuvet is absolutely wonderful. Don was very responsive and helpful. My dog had to be transferred to two different emergency vets for heart failure. She was oxygen dependent so professional assistance was required. Ambuvet showed up exactly when they said they would for pick up and for drop off at the next facility. She had the medical care and attention she needed throughout the transfer. Don was kind enough to call to explain the transfer plan before hand, give me updates during, a debrief after, and follow up to see how she was doing. I would give more than 5-Stars if available. I am very grateful for Don and Ambuvet for taking care of my baby.

I cannot say enough about these guys! The level of service and professionalism from the staff is beyond. They genuinely care about your pet. They went out of their way for Woodz and our family is eternally grateful for them and their service.

I just recently used this company to transport my 130 lb Rottweiler to the West Islip Animal Hospital as he was immobile due to his rear legs given out. These guys were fantastic , my dog is very hard to deal with & these guys came into my house & within 5 minutes had my dog muzzled & on the way to the hospital. From the first call I made just speaking with Don, I knew this is who I was gonna use, he was so nice & compassionate right from the start.

Ambuvet is a wonderful service to help animals get the medical attention they need. Our cat Jackson was sick for days and we couldn’t pick him up to get in the cage. Don was professional and caring and got Jackson in the cage and to the hospital. 5 stars is not enough. Sam & Betsy
