The staff is soooooo nice and so gentle with my lil dogs. Last minute appointment and a small emergency. They were accommodating. The price for treatment was reasonable and I felt comfortable and stress free. They are my doggies Veterinarian Clinic fever . Love u guys, from Cashmere n Mink

Dr. F was absolutely phenomenal. After months of our girl struggling with asthma symptoms and no clear answers elsewhere, we finally walked out with a real diagnosis and a real plan. The care here is the kind that actually focuses on the animal instead of the optics. Do not judge the place by the aesthetics. They do not look like the big chain clinics and that is exactly why they can work with you in a human way. They respected our budget without making us feel guilty, and they examined and treated all 3 of our kids for what we used to pay for just one visit at our previous vet. I also want to thank Emily for being incredibly kind and accommodating. She helped us navigate next steps and even offered additional discounts since we brought in all three. That level of thoughtfulness matters when you are juggling multiple pets and medical needs. If you want real answers, honest pricing, and people who actually listen, this is where you go.

Thanks for at the least, not even returning my call when I left an emergency message at 830pm about my dog. Went over an hour away to find out he's not on the right medication and has now died. And that's what happen frfr. But yet I gotta beg u for refill so he could breath..cuz ur concerned about a kidney test and a rabies shot which he was less then 3weeks behind on. Kidneys where fine as ur test shows. Guess u didn't see his real problem. 6 weeks extra I was blessed to have him although I got to watch him suffer for half the time. And of course give u alot money. Take the right bloodwork and read an x-ray better please. This is devastating

Highly recommend not using this facility for a number of reasons. For one the staff is very unprofessional and rude. They never called and got previous records like they said they would. Input all contact information incorrect and still haven't updated it correctly. We got 1 of our dogs fixed there and it was a complete hack job. We never saw the vet so for all we know the tech did the surgery. Expressed these concerns with them and came in for a post surgery appointment for the vet to not be there again so later that night we had to take our dog to an emergency vet for infection. The office staff there is amazing. Very friendly kind and caring. This is the 3rd vet I’ve taken my 4 month old puppy to and my last. Marcos was so good with Zoe. Man he sure knows how to calm an exciting puppy. Even He was able to to calm me without even trying lol. I’d definitely recommend this place. For me it’s a 25 minute drive but a drive I’m willing to take to make sure Zoe gets the love and care she needs.

I know that you think because they're on 8 Mile in Detroit, you may question this hospital. I can testify that the doctor is fantastic they are very reasonably priced, and they don't do things to your pet unless they have to with a non-invasive approach. They don't run up a huge bill, and they do not give you bad advice and do things to your pet unnecessarily for profit. I trust them to do the right thing for my 16 year old 4 lb Pomeranian Chanel. I would never take her anywhere else. I am so blessed to be able to take her to someone who truly cares. I highly recommend this animal clinic to everyone.

This is officially my dogs Doctor/ veterinarian! I brung my beagle here before she died in 2021 and the team sent my family a card. They are always kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone in the city, they know my dogs and treat them like their own. They’re reasonably priced as well! Dr. B is great and always reassures my worries
