My 5 yr old dog was vomiting and throwing up for 2 full days. I scheduled an IN ROOM appt for 1:30pm today at the Denton, TX location. They called me around 1:05pm and said I would need to drop him off for a few hours because Dr. Sreenavya Inupala would be at lunch. I asked if I could just bring him in after she gets back, that I didn't want him staying there sick for hours without me. She said no that wasn't an option. I said there was also a 430 appt available and I was told I couldn't do that one either because there last appt is at 5pm and if he's sick it could take longer. I don't understand how this is quality care and why my dog has to suffer because your Dr needs a sandwich! I am so upset and need someone to reach out to me. I cancelled the appt and probably will not bring either of my dogs back if this is the quality of care and service your company provides!

Worst experience ever!! Being able to choose no stars for this location would be great. We brought our 25lb beagle in for a suspected ear infection. They wanted to muzzle him because he was crying, no one even attempted to pet him or talk to him. The vet Dr. Kandru acted as if she had never seen a dog and was scared to even listen to his heartbeat. We moved here from another state and have never had a bad experience with Banfield until today. I would never leave my dog here nor will we be back. I will also be in contact with Banfield to file a formal complaint.

Office visit $75! Disgusting!! Originally went for the Lyme vaccine on Jan 9th and he developed a sarcoma from it that never went away and a limp/stumble. Me thinking maybe it’s a reaction and they should fix it. So I take him back once I notice the knot or stumble wasn’t improving on Jan 22nd. I got a call from someone that day who could barely speak English for an "update" and she asked about giving him nausea meds, I said no, and then said she was going to draw blood. I go to pick my dog up and a guy brings out nausea meds! Like didn’t I say no! What about no do yall not understand. So instead they prescribed my 5.2 lb dog some pain meds THAT ALMOST KILLED HIM!! My dog was having every reaction from that medicine!! Not only did they not half the medication for me (like most real vets do), it was too strong of a dosage, and I had to pay $328 for 4 pills and a blood draw! Sunday Jan 25th from 11am -noon he started to lose his appetite, lose control of his bladder, AND HAVE A SEIZURE!!! He was almost unalive around 4:45pm but thankfully I had family on the phone to help. I was forced to take him to the emergency vet last night!!! So thanks to yall I almost lost my SERVICE ANIMAL! I will never be back! Hope yall close down for good!!

I had a terrible experience at PetSmart’s hospital and grooming. I confirmed multiple times that my dog’s shots were up to date, but after I left, I got a call saying they couldn’t finish his grooming. I was never told this in person, and it was a huge inconvenience. Poor communication all around.

Dr. Cousins and the Techs are absolutely amazing. Since September we were trying to find out what was wrong with my baby but unfortunately we were not able to treat it and had to but her down. Dr. Cousins and his team were very informative and caring throughout the 5 months of test after test. They took the time to send out a card with everyone saying nice and caring things and loved my baby as much as I did.

The front desk staff, vet techs, and vets are all so sweet!!! I love calling them and going in. I never leave without my questions answered and it has been the best deal for my pets and so affordable on the monthly plan compared to other places. I have 3 pets on their monthly plans and plan on adding the other 2. Thank you!!!

Made an appointment and drove an hour to it for them to not have time. I’ve worked at clinics, it takes approximately 10 minutes to give vaccines. Not that hard to squeeze in an already scheduled time??
