I can not brag on this vets office enough! All of the staff here is so incredibly kind and helpful I actually look ward to taking Ponyo! Dr. costa was so helpful and actually explained everything to me in a way no vet has ever broken it down! She was also HONEST with her course of treatment and didn’t over charge me for tests I didn’t need! Farrel P. At the front desk is the pinnacle of customer service. Christoper and Alex both took so much care and time helping my dog warm up to them and that truly means the world! If you are within an hour of this Vetco please make the trip, worth it just for the staff! Everything ended up being incredibly affordable despite paying much more for the same treatments and medications at many other vets. Give them all raises and little trophies!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Jenny Costas, DVM. She entered the room without greeting or introducing herself, which felt unprofessional. It also seemed like she hadn’t reviewed my dog’s paperwork carefully before the visit. Because of these concerns, I chose not to proceed with the exam and left the clinic, canceling the appointment. I hope the clinic can improve communication and attentiveness with clients in the future.

Dr. Oneill, is the best, very thorough with my Siberian Tabby. 2 thumbs up for him and his team, my cat was at ease didn’t scare away. Thank you for the excellent visit not only for my cat, but for me!

Open at 8 am.? Really!! No!!!! Body in the clinic. Try to call no one answer the phone!!! If you not open at 8 pls change the hours! Even store open still no staff in the clinic. I don’t know what’s going on!!

My dog was shown love and I appreciate it. My dog is very overly excited and they calmed him so nicely. Grateful to all of them. Vetco coral springs. Nice vet and vet techs.

The ER MDs were wonderful, however, they referred me to a surgeon Dr Evelyn Capirali who took the time to write up an estimate for a brachycephalic surgery for between $5727.05 and $7687.54. I was not permitted to speak with her and was given an appointment 13 days later. I called to speak with her and she absolutely refused to call me back. I asked the staff if they thought she was a good Dr and was told she was Board B Certified. That to me means they can’t think of anything good to say about her. The next day, a man named Toks called me. He said he was the manager but not a vet. He tried to smooth it over but he couldn’t get Dr Evelyn Capirali to call me back. He called me back just trying to maybe shut me up and keep my poor sick dog suffering until Dr Capirali would see her. Anyway I made an appointment at LeadEr and Dr Daubs is doing her surgery tomorrow. He said the surgery could not wait. I am so relieved that I advocated for Roxy and they listened. Coral Springs Animal Hospital’s ER is very caring but at least one of their surgeons isn’t.

WORSE NEW VET EVER!!! I accompanied my friend and her husband for an appointment for one of their pets to VETCO Coral Springs bc the Boca location was closed that day. I decided to write this review bc my friend won’t as she feels it will hurt Dr. Gardner’s feelings but I Think is important that Management finds this out. During the checkup she was told x-rays were needed and were quite pricey, she told Costas the dog had x-rays there before and were about $200, Costas responded that Dr. Gardner never priced anything correctly (clearly accusing Dr. Gardner, who is a wonderful vet of stealing money) my friend replied that Dr. Gardner was not even there, but it was a male doctor. We both discussed that hopefully Costas has proof since she is accusing Dr. Gardner of stealing from the company. Prior to that Costas accused her of telling the front desk, assistant Christopher, that she didn’t want him to touch her dog (many people were present and that never happened. She told him that her husband has claustrophobia and asked if it was ok if we could wait outside the room) after all Chris told us the vet was LYING, and that he was afraid for his job and that that was the reason for him not correcting the vet. This place used to be good when Dr. Gardner and Matthew were there, Matthew truly loves animals. He’s a professional and knows how to do his job contrary to the new crew that is there, starting with the manager You can contact me for further explanation, and I am willing to swear my statement. This vet Costas should not be accusing Dr. Gardner or anybody of stealing without any proof!
