The staff and vets at Oakland Park Animal Hospital have great empathy for the pets and the pets owners. The service and care they provide is simply the best. Their price structure is also very friendly .

Dr. John is great about getting patients in quickly for sick and we'll visits. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We're happy with the care our cat receives here.

Thankful. Just absolutely thankful they let me wait so they can see my cat. Poor guy had the sniffles and being new to the area and this one popping up over the weekend they just had the heart to see us. And that mattered they were willing to try. Need more vets like these people. Reminded me of my aunt and how caring of a vet tech she was.

I brought my dog in for a scheduled appointment specifically regarding his skin and an overall exam, throughout the appointment the doctor and assistant showed a noticeable lack of interest and empathy for my dog and me as an owner. Dismissed all of my concerns and wrote it off as "allergies" and just threw me some flea and allergy meds and a check. No examination of teeth, breathing, heart rate, none of that, even though I was charged for a whole exam. To note, my dog was very excited and nervous as expected and they just wanted him out of there without giving him time to calm down even making a remark "should have walked him a block before bringing him in". Just so unprofessional and I'm genuinely upset that I got my dog all worked up for an experience that he wasn't even wanted at. Just a weird vibe and lack of love and knowledge for my dog.

Dr. John and Dr. Bob were very respectful and informative. They treated my cat, Maya, and explained more about her health in simple terms. I would recommend this practice to a friend.
