Glencoe Animal Hospital

This vet really cares about animals and saw my dog very quickly during a holiday season, very appreciate of that. Their fees however were quite high relative to our regular vet and when I checked out, the bill was roughly 20% higher than the estimate. So while I appreciate their care and concern, I don't think I will return to this vet.

I brought my cats, Josie and Callie, to establish their care with Dr. Gibson. I’m very impressed with this veterinary office. Dr. Gibson and her team are very skilled and thorough, they really take their time with you, educating you, and showing you how to properly maintain your pet’s healthcare needs at home. I feel great about switching to this veterinary office and I would highly recommend!

This place is small and so helpful. Dr. Gibson even called once to check on my cat. I love all the staff. They solved a health issue my cat had that a much larger neighborhood vet office couldn't figure out after seeing 2 different on staff vets.

We have a kitty, Mango, who has had issues with hotspots on her belly her whole life. Normally it just caused her to have a bald belly. Recently, it got so bad to where she had infections and was wearing a cone. We have taken her to vets in the past who just gave her anxiety pills/antibiotics and told us to keep the cone on her. Dr. Gibson is like no other vet I’ve met. She has spent so much time thinking of multiple solutions and every possible way to get poor Mango free from the cone. She not only has immense knowledge on treatment plans, but also genuinely cares about the quality of life. Mango is so close to being out of a cone now, is so close to being healed, and it is thanks to Dr. Gibson that she has come this far. We were seriously concerned about our little Mango and now we have hope for her to heal!

My dog isn’t a patient here technically but I wish he was! We ran into a bit of an urgent situation and called for some help and Dr. Gibson went above and beyond to help in whatever way she could. You can tell she really does care about the animals and is super helpful and kind.

My dog had an emergency and they were willing to see him right away on a Friday afternoon (their administrative part of the week). Thank you all for taking care of Lucky Puppy before the weekend. Dr Gibson and staff are caring, gentle, and very thorough.

Dr. Gibson and her staff are incredible. They spend so much time with us and our puppy at every visit. Dr. Gibson makes sure we are well educated with all things dog related so we can take the best care of our dog. We are grafeful for her and her team and we are thankful she is right in our neighborhood. Their phone lines are set up to where if you have an emergency with your pet, you can contact Medvet directly if they are not available.
