I cannot say enough about the team here. Though my little Timmy is no longer with us after 17 years, the level of care and compassion is incomparable. MY Timmy had been to a few vets offices and none of them came close to matching the level of care your beloved kitty will receive here.

I have to agree about the pre-Covid thoughts in that this was a welcoming place. I brought two of my cats here a few times. But after Covid hit, I stopped. They went too far overboard & for too long with the masking, leaving your pet in the lobby and not being able to see anything they were doing for payment. I trusted they were responsible, but it was the same procedure lonnng after Covid was done. Unfortunately I never went back. I hope they realize that one on one communication and kindness and being supportive for patients is more important than anything. Good luck. I hope things change for the better.

I love this vet! Dr. Regan saw me on a walk-in basis, after I found a sweet kitten on 16 mile road during rush hour. She was so kind to see me and now Luna Lovegood is healthy and happy living inside with her big puppy brother, Harrison Potter! I recommend Cats Veterinary to anyone that is a pet parent to a Kitten or Cat. Dr. Reagan and Dr Vani and staff members will make sure you and your fur baby are well taken care of in a safe, clean, and compassionate environment. They are very thorough in the care of all cats that come here. You are also given in Detail any instructions you need to do at home if needed. I have been going here for Decades and will Continue. Our dog had a tussle with a pit bull and lost. Her neck was punctured and was bleeding. Cats was recommended by our vet, so we rushed her there. What a nice place, the staff was great, they explained what was going to happen and how long it would take. We got our girl back all patched up and almost as good as new. I recommend taking your pet there.

This has been my vet for decades now. Convenient linkage with hospital for emergency issues is great peace of mind. I always leave knowing my cat got the attention needed. They do great work and are very thorough. People complaining about cost ought to get pet insurance and not blame a practice for focusing on your pet. It's literally their job, and they do it exceptionally. All situations can be custom tailored to some degree. They helped me through the good and bad times, honestly advising so I felt comfortable on the hard decisions as a pet owner. My trust is not easily gained, but they certainly have it. Should you end up here your kitty will be in good hands.

Sadly, our beloved Otto's visits were his last. The compassion and support shown by their doctor and staff in helping our family to cope with this tremendous loss were invaluable. The front office staff has a candle display which tells all visitors that a family is bidding goodbye to their precious friend.
