Warning to prior clients customers over the years who have used this location and others. This is an honest review. The quality of care has went downhill after hiring young veterinarians right out of school who are incompetent not following up on care overcharging and being trained to just worry about the wallet and not about your pet. Prior reviews show negligence of care and clients ending up with their pets dying under the care of Noah's ark animal clinics. There are many reputable small practices around the greater Cincinnati area that will give you undivided attention great care and concern for your pet. All of the great veterinarians have retired or left practice due to all of the new changes and unqualified management as well as unqualified new upper management. You have been warned by one of those clients whose pet ended up becoming deceased while under Noah's ark animal clinics veterinarian care. Photos before and after while under their care

I've been coming here with my son Cheddar for years, and I can not say enough good things about the staff. They are so friendly and remember my boy everytime I need them. I had a horrible expirience at the west Chester location yesterday (which I only had to go to due to a scheduling issue) after Cheddar had his first surgery, a total lack of empathy, patience, and information when I arrived to pick him up, I was a wreck. So I called my friends at the Colerain location to see if they could help with some info and the sincerity and compassion made me want to cry 🥹 the lady on the phone remembered my boy immediately, comforted me about my fears, explained more about his condition, and just plain LISTENED to me. It made such a world of difference. 1000/10 definitely recommend these guys every time 🙏💕

CUSTOMER SERVICE BEGINS NOT with the unsolicited mailer sent through the postal system... but rather with the first point of contact--that in my case was the "Receptionist" who answered the phone. When that experience is a RESOUNDING FAILURE in terms of professionalism, competence, compassion, and the desire to be helpful; EVERYTHING CAN BE RIGHTFULLY ANTICIPATED AS GOING DOWNHILL FROM THERE. As a result, WHY would any caring pet parent wish to entrust the care of a beloved pet to a business so poorly represented on the front line? Thus, sums up my first and last experience with Noah's Ark Animal Clinic of Colerain Ave., on May 22, 2026.

I had to take Indy in for a hematoma in his ear, he was sore and scared. Dr. Coleman was gentle and kind with him, and we decided he would need sedation. I came back a few hours later and he explained how the surgery went, and I'm so pleased with the care he gave my baby. He also gave me a detailed estimate of the bill so I knew what to expect. Top notch care, I really appreciate it. Also a big shout-out to the gentleman who gave me aftercare instructions (I'm sorry I didn't get his name), but he was also exceptionally kind and thorough.

Our dog just had surgery at Noah's ark in January at which time they told us she needed to come back to have more teeth removed. At the pre surgery appointment today we were told they couldn't find her records so she needed a rabies shot or she couldn't have surgery. The medical assistant became very rude after I said she just had the first part of the surgery in January now she needs a rabies shot for the same exact surgery!! Sounds like they want to get every possible dime out of you. And we were charged for the pre exam even though she won't be having the surgery. Please take your pet somewhere else, not here!!!

Colleraine Noah's Ark saves the day again! I had to bring my Eli (24 year old golden doodle) in after a sudden onset of what appears to be storm/rain phobia and he had injured himself by trying to destroy his kennel to escape. The staff, as always were very sympathetic and worked us in to be seen. They were so empathetic and accommodating and helpful. I cannot say enough about the entire staff at colleraine Noah's ark. I don't know what the philosophy is that they teach the staff at this location, but They need to mentor the other Noah's Ark clinics as well as other veterinary clinics in the area. I make a point to drive all the way from northern Kentucky because of how impressed I am by how much they value all pet lives.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR SENIOR DOGS HERE!!! Can you imagine a Vet telling you to just let your dog wilt away because he was not eating instead of offering a solution. Took him to another clinic and he was 100% back to himself after a few weeks. I thought that was one off with that particular Vet. Now a year later he is encountering a new health issue. I sent in a video of our experience at home and was told the Dr could not open the video. Instead of her saying can you resend the video it was suggested I put my dog down. Mind you I mentioned the issue but didn't feel I explained right at the appointment (the reason I sent the video afterwards) I was told there was nothing they could do for us. The only reason I returned because we had the Wellness Program. Needless to say, I took him to another Vet, they heard my concerns, gave us treatment and he is back to himself. Our pets are family! Putting our dogs down should not be the first option if they aren't in pain or suffering. Dogs have down days just like humans. Don't give up on them so easily. SOOO UPSETTING! Side note: the front desk crew are amazing.
