The staff at Cainhoy is amazing!!! I always have the best experience there but this last trip took the prize! I was waiting in the room, Rosie was nervous as always, and all of a sudden my favorite technician came in just to say hello to Rosie and gives her scratches. She wasn’t the tech that was helping us that day, but Sammy went that extra mile to pop in and calm Rosie’s nerves. Rosie doesn’t warm up to many, but Sammy has made her short list. Thank you for making us feel cared for.

I’ve been going to this vet for 3+ years now for my cat and dog. I always have a positive experience. My pets love the staff. My husky had an emergency and the staff at Cainhoy recommended VEG for the emergency. Cainhoy was quick scheduled the follow-up check in after his over-night stay at VEG.❤️

I absolutely adore Dr. Walter! She’s a compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated veterinarian, and her love for her patients and their families shines through at every visit. As a new pet owner, I sometimes worry I’m being overcautious, but she is always very reassuring during sick visits and procedures. I remember feeling nervous before my cat’s first surgery, but Dr. Walter and her staff told me exactly how long it would take and promised to call once he was awake. They even followed up later that day and the next to make sure his recovery was going well. My kitty gets so much love there that he doesn’t even mind going! The staff snuggle and hold him like he’s their own baby, and they’ve even offered to check in on him during a vacation, which makes leaving him so much easier. I feel incredibly lucky to have such wonderful people on his care team and highly recommend Cainhoy to anyone looking for a veterinarian!

Dr Walter and the team at Cainhoy Vet Hospital were exceptionally supportive, knowledgeable and accommodating with the care they provided for our beloved Cappy. I was pleased with the availability of scheduling appointments during a very time sensitive situation. My family is grateful for the sincere kindness we received from everyone throughout Cappy’s last few days with us. I highly recommend this practice!

We had our first senior wellness visit to Cainhoy Veterinary Hospital yesterday and it was a total pleasure to meet the staff, especially Dr. Ingle and Julia. The exam was very gentle and very thorough and best of all, our pup remained completely calm the whole time. We were able to get the results of the tests quickly and received clear explanations of the overall health for our dog at our visit.

I drive about an hour to go see Dr. Ingle for my two dogs. The front desk staff is always super helpful and accommodating, the vet techs are knowledgeable and take care of my doggies like they are theirs! And Dr. Ingle takes a holistic approach to the care of my pups, listens to my concerns and has always given me different options for treatments. Thank you for making it easy to trust for the care of my fur-babies!

It was my first visit to cainhoy vet as we moved a hour away from my dogs old vet. Sammi and Dr. Walter’s were great. Super friendly. My pup sometimes gets a little frightened at the vet but he loved them. It was like they were old pals.
