I love Patrick Vet! For the 6.5 years i’ve been in Charleston, they’ve taken great care of my family, helping me manage a variety of health concerns for 3 pets (cat with urinary issues, german shepherd through old age, and a rowdy young hound mix.) The team is fast, friendly, communicative & everyone seems genuinely happy. I have a hard time keeping up with appointments, refills, etc. & can get overwhelmed by seemingly easy errands/tasks. I am very happy to report that vet care is one corner of my life I never have to stress over - this team makes everything SO easy. THANKS PATRICK VET TEAM I LOVE YALL!

Update!! Paige called to check Sandie for an update! I adore everyone in the office!! Thank you! Whoop 🙌🏼 Woooooweeeee! Talk about feeling the love! Thank you to James for the welcome, Morgan for the run down and the very kind vet that examined Sandie. We returned to drop Sandie off for her procedure, we were greeted by the awesome James! The rundown was given by Giana and Sandie was in good hands. I was called after Sandie had her procedure to let me know all went according to plan and Sandie was doing grand. Later, I called and received a voicemail. Shortly after the voicemail, I received a text stated that the staff was in a meeting and will gladly accept calls shortly. I called back at the appropriate time and spoke to the very kind Brooke. I let her know my husband would be picking Sandie up that afternoon. I cannot sing loud enough to exclaim how the customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the care of my pup was outstanding. Thank you staff for an EXCELLENT experience!! I hope you know how appreciated YOU are!!

Dr. Chris Ramsey did a great job checking out the health of my two tabby cats, Jasper and Casper. I would recommend Dr Patrick Veterinary Clinic to all my friends and family.

For my very first visit, I was very welcome with friendly staff. This was my best friend Todd, first visit doing a check up. For the very first time I wasn’t forced at any cost of up selling unnecessary treatment from a veterinarian.. I am very pleased and I will be a lifetime customer,,,

Dr. Ramsey and Erica were both excellent. Dr. Ramsey explained everything in great detail about my dog’s health and Erica was extremely patient with him when he got fussy. Thank you for a great visit.

I have always heard great things about Patrick Veterinary Clinic so I took my 9 week old kitten there for a wellness exam. Everything I had heard was true. The front desk staff and Vet Tech were wonderful and Dr. Patrick was the best. I look forward to taking all my cats to Patrick Veterinary Clinic.

I have known and been a client of Dr. Patrick Vet Clinic since I was a child in this neighborhood. All of my pets have been his patients. Now at age 62, I returned to him yesterday with my new Yorkshire puppy, Lucy-Pearl whereas he was elated to examine her for me. In addition gave me good news she's very healthy! I have always love Dr.P and his team because they ALL are very kind and caring, yet always professional. I must give a special Thank you to Kelsey W, (Lucy-Pearl's) technician who cared for her while having those shots that made her squeal so loudly, I was saddened for them both. Nevertheless, Kelsey W. handled her assignment!! Lastly, thank you Stephanie for a seamless check out process, also to the entire Front Desk for making the check in simple, smooth and inviting! 😊 Dr. Patrick Veterinary Clinic...is where you NEED to take your fur babies for excellent care, if you're looking for the Best!!
