We’ve been going to Chandler Small Animal Clinic for about 6 years. They have always been quick to get our puppies in and taken care of. They go above and beyond to help us understand treatment options and to care for our fur babies. They were so kind through the recent end of life care and passing of one of our pups, even sending a hand written card to express their condolences. We are grateful for their care and expertise!
Dr Hynes is hands down the best veterinarian. He has a great assistant/tech too. You can tell they honestly care about animals.
Our dog recently was bitten by another dog, and the office was able to get in him really quickly for a check up. The staff is so helpful and efficient. They take really great care of our animals, and are experienced and patient at every appointment. He is doing much better now! Thank you!
Very patient with me and my nervious,worrying, over talking self. I really appreciate that. My fur baby has a neurological condition, and also got really sick as a baby and almost didn't make it. She did, but now I'm trauma bonded and a helicopter mom. I'm sure I'm annoying as hell but they are always patient and kind. Thanks from the Hubby and I, and thabks from my our babies : Wittle, and Kit-tay.
They just lost an old customer of many years.The last time our pet was there it was not very professional. This past week we've called there and left two messages to get our pet appointment and his valley fever checked with no return phone call.Customer service has hit all time low.Found a new vet to take care of our Quigley.
Dr B and staff are always so friendly. We've always had smaller dogs but got a big rescue (Auggie) and wanted to stay with Dr B. He's so good with all animals and really takes time to get down with your pet and educate and advise and answer questions. We really appreciate him! Thank you for your service!
WE LOVE DR. B! He is so wonderful and kind, especially to the animals. He handles them with care and you can tell he really loves what he does. He’s great at educating you on how to be a better pet parent 🤗 for example, we went in for a routine checkup and he noticed my dog was having trouble using the bathroom. With his advice, we have since treated him and have had no further issues! And we had no idea it was even an issue! Our pets are family and Dr. B treats them as such. He really cares about the pets, staff, and people that come in. Truly amazing.
