Mila has been going here for about a year, I appreciate the availability when emergencies come up. I appreciate the price transparency. I took my senior dog for his first visit here and explained he only had to wear a muzzle at the last vet because he was very rough and fast. They got on the floor and worked with him to get him comfortable and he left as happy as he came in no issues. The girls up front are the sweetest and so welcoming and loving towards my dogs. Tucker literally jumped up on the counter and they didn't bat an eye while I got him down. Thanks for a smooth and welcoming transition to a new vet. The front end staff and your vet techs, they are all so sweet and gentle and kind with my babies.

Your team went above and beyond to help get my cat "Naughty Tank" fixed up for hopefully the final time. Your team seems to have successfully outsmarted him, as he has not removed the cone or bandage and staples!! I can't thank everyone enough for their time, support, understanding of my situation and dedication for what they do. Your generosity and accomodations went above and beyond and my family will be furever grateful for you!!

The staff are beyond amazing. Raven, Liv, and Dr. T were so compassionate, helpful, and sympathetic when we had to very suddenly help our kitty cross the rainbow bridge on NYE. We were the last, and I think only, people in the building right before they closed, in a snowstorm, and they never once made us feel rushed, or that we were a burden and they wanted to get home. We aren't even normal patients there... A friend suggested them when our vet was closed for the holiday and we knew she wasn't going to make it through the night. She turned extremely quickly. All of the staff are amazing, and remembered us by sight when we went back a few days later to pick up our kitty's ashes. I had an amazing experience with creek side. I was coming in with my sick pet cat which unfortunately it was his time to go. They were the most nicest, caring staff I have delt with. Even though they closed at 5 they let me take all the time I needed with my cat and did not rush me or pressure me. We ended up leaving 30 minutes after they closed and they still were so sweet and caring. I went to another vet previously and did not get this kind of care. I highly recommend this vet and will be continuing to come here in the future.

All staff we encountered were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Loved that they were able to offer us a very quick appointment slot compared to others, affordable pricing (about $10 ish cheaper then others out there- office visits etc) and also different treatment options available along with payment options which were a bonus in the odd case we ever needs financially assistance (like care credit) it's something that they offer! Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future! Thank you team!

Everyone was so nice and supportive in one of the most stressful moments of my life. The kindness and empathy of the entire staff was amazing. They kept asking if they could do/get me anything, watched my Doggy so I could take a moment outside to breathe. Absolutely would recommend this Vet to anyone; especially in an emergency. I called only 10 minutes before my arrival notifying them of my emergency and was in a room with a caretaker by the time I got there. They expeditiously performed an exam and lab tests; and kept me informed of everything throughout the entire process. The doctor also did everything he could to minimize costs and not perform unnecessary testing; which I am not sure most vets would’ve done. Very fair price for an ER Vet visit. EVERYONE Treated me so kindly when it comes to my budget and the care of my baby. I understand how important his health is however sometimes I can't always afford the treatment plan that I would like, but I make sure my pet is happy and healthy first and foremost and the staff here printed out a treatment plan for several budget options and didn't treat me like I was neglecting my pet, which is why I left my former vet. Also, I'm never put on hold like I was at my former vet, sometimes for up to 15 minutes and they ALWAYS answer the phone. So Thank you to everyone from the assistants to the doctors for your kindness and compassion in regards to situations like mine. Bonus that they are open on sundays!!! I love you guys!
