The staff here is absolutely amazing! Their new location is easy to get to with plenty of parking, and the layout is so well-thought-out. The waiting area is great, featuring separate sections on each side for pets that might need a little extra space or don't play well with others. ​Dr. Baggs is fantastic—you can really tell he truly cares about his patients. The exam rooms are quite roomy and equipped with lift tables, which is a huge help for larger pets. One of my favorite features is that you can pay right in the exam room; it’s much less stressful than trying to wait at a front counter with a leashed animal tugging at you. Highly recommend

We love Dr. Baggs and have gone to his office for close to a decade and for 4+ animals. He saved one of our dog’s lives through an illeus and surgical intervention. All the vets and staff here are skilled, kind and loving.

This is BY FAR the best vet we have been to. They actually listened to us, let us watch the process and helped both of our sick cats immediately. And very fair prices! We usually go to All Pets but this place was better and less expensive. Nice staff and VERY FAST SERVICE they saw us immediately! We had taken our cat to the TAMU small animal hospital at "emergency hours" (right after I got off work at 11pm) and they did nothing to help us and charged us almost $1,000, the next day we brought them here and they were amazing and actually helped cure our cats upper respiratory infection which the other vet didn’t even mention could be a possibility.

Incredibly kind staff. They were willing to see my pet as an emergency call even though they had not seen her in the past. I highly recommend.

Dr.Baggs and Dr.Zoe are some of the most amazing vets here in the BCS area. Compassionate about what they do and will explain everything to me when I have 9 million different questions. The front desk staff and the techs are some of the nicest here in town as well. This is the only clinic I trust to take all my sweet dogs to! Thank you so much for always taking good care of them!

I have seen Dr. Baggs for years. The staff is amazing and he is very kind. They are also very reasonable. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.
