Dr. Sasha is amazing, kind and ensures you and your fur baby are in good hands, all of the vet techs and front desk staff are wonderful as well. They will have grace with costs and also vocalized the breakdown so you understand and can make decisions accordingly, patient while fur families make decisions and all supportive during that process. These folks are not about money or breaking your bank but passion for the animals well-being and comfort. Blessed to have these wonderful individuals to ensure our fur baby’s best health and care. If you want honesty, amazing people and the best care for your pet this is the place to receive that.

Interactions with ALL of the Bristol Animal Hospital staff were professional and friendly. I truly felt everyone shared their knowledge and were invested in my pet's health and well-being. They listened to my concerns and valued my observations of my pet's behaviors. I would highly recommend this facility.

The care my doodles receive is excellent! They can accommodate most services, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I give 4 stars because the only downside is they are extremely expensive. For example, One visit for yearly checkups, that did include bloodwork, for my 2 dogs was over $1,000.00 so just be prepared to break leather if you choose Bristol Animal Hospital. But, they are the nearest Veterinary Hospital near me. So I will continue to use their services.

I am having a problem with this establishment currently. My dog was there 2 Mondays ago (now 9 days ago) and a number of tests were run. Every time I’m there they confirm my telephone number, but I’ve had no contact from them about results or next steps. I called Monday, was told they had attempted to call me, but it turns out they had the wrong number for me in their system. Now still no contact for 2 more days. I called back this morning - the same problem - they STILL had the wrong telephone number for me in their system. And no call yet from the vet all day about results. While I find the staff to be very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, this is completely unacceptable. I will also point out that they did not neglect getting their payment in full before I left - $530. I expect resolution of this situation, but I still may very well never go there again or refer them to anyone.

Dr Bri, Sam and Lauren are who met with us. Lucy has had quite a journey and they e been with us every step of the way. Lucy lives going there,. We appreciate the accommodations made for her entry to the clinic and then all the love they give Lucy! Thank you BAH!

I have been very pleased with the care given to my 15 year old Yorkie. He is blind in one eye and can’t see out of the other. The staff at the Bristol Animal Hospital take good care of him and are helping to try and save his vision as much as possible.
