Jones Animal Hospital

Visited as a walk in with my mother in law today because her chihuahua wasn’t eating and had been pooping blood. He looked VERY critical. He was dying, you couldn’t look at this baby and tell he wasn’t suffering. Because she was short $20 her baby died tonight. We tried care credit, we tried calling the # on the paper she gave me for some place to help with the bill. They never called me back when i was told it’d be an hour. I asked someone to please come listen to him and look at him. A lady came over and said his heart sounded fine but clearly some labored breathing. How can you work for a vet office, watch an animal suffer yet turn them away OVER $20 DOLLARS? We was told to get Pedialyte and lots of rest until we can visit tomorrow morning. That’s it. ***Not to mention a LONG patient to this vet office. His name was Hershey.

Went to the Cat Clinic with my 2 fur babies 🐈🐈‍⬛ Such great service! So gentle and caring always. 😻 Thank you for making a stressful event, puurrrfect.

We switched to Jones for our kitties after a terrible experience at Ferguson. Everyone at Jones was so friendly and you can definitely tell they love animals. They were so caring and even confirmed the sex of one of our kittens that we had wrong, whereas Ferguson did not. They were professional and the environment was calm (as it should be for animals) unlike the chaos and rudeness we experienced with the Ferguson staff. Cannot be more grateful for the care we got at the first appointment! Highly recommend Jones for your kitties!

We have had so many good experiences with Jones AH, from the ease of simple checkups to compassion shown during the loss of my 16 y/o feline baby to Dr. Bodenhurst taking her time to earn trust with my GSD who has severe anxiety. They have saved a foster pit that I had from heartworms and my daughter's puppy (at the time) from PARVO. We are currently having a dental issue and another medical issue that is being taken care of with them. I highly recommend them!

Yall I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Jones Animal Hospital. They have been our primary care for five pets now - two dogs and three cat. When our first dog got cancer they were so helpful in walking us through that stage of life. When our cats have been sick they have been so quick to provide care. Excellent staff, always friendly, incredibly kind and well educated.

Great vet! Always super caring and very attentive to your beloved pets. They even stayed over their normal hours to see my dog.

Staff was friendly and worked me in quickly on short notice. The nurse did amazing with my two cats and made them comfortable and knew exactly how to handle them which made the overall trip amazing.
