Vetco Total Care

Presently surprised how well our first exam went (even had a free exam coupon, exam fee usually is $100) which really helped since I recently was let go from my job due to slow work & practice closure. Anyways, my 2 yr old male Doberman did so well (I think he felt how welcoming the staff is) which made our visit a lot more smooth. Usually he is unpredictable puppy energy. They were very honest & accommodating for me which is very important with any vet. Due to $ funds I had to cut any expense I could due to financial concerns but provide the best care I can for my dog who has a open wound on his ankle. The vet & team listened as well as helping, answering any question I have; every step of the way. Was very concerned from hearing horror stories about Petco/grooming stories, I didn’t want to ever end up in this position. But this visit solidified all businesses & employees are not all the same. This vet trip is a win for me, my family, & dog no matter how costly it may have still been, could’ve been a lot more anywhere else & if vet wasn’t listening to me, but they definitely did. I appreciate the team so much & so does Beaux 🙂

The doctor and staff were so supportive and nice through my visit when I brought my sick cat to the clinic. They gave me several options on what they recommended for me to do. I told them I wanted to take my cat home and give him love before he left. I did that and in the morning he started talking to me and he has not done that in awhile. Afterwards he laid down and went to sleep and didn’t wake up. He went peacefully. I was grateful I spent a lot of time with him before he left. Thank you folks for your support.

My dog got top notch care. She had to have emergency surgery. Everyone there was amazing. Better than any vet I’ve used in years!! So a huge shout out to Dr.Darlene and all the girls. I love you guys. Thank you so much for your quality care. I will recommend you to all my friends. Pickles thanks you too.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Staff were amazing! I came in recently for my dog with allergy problem. I had Dr. Casuga and she was great and extremely knowledgeable with what the next steps should be. The vet assistant Alicia was kind and really knew how to help with my dog who isn’t so great at the vet office. Both of these staff were so caring and attentive and helped with all my questions. Definitely recommend this vet office for any and all animal needs.

$121.66 for a NAIL TRIM. literally that’s it. Beware! I asked for clarification and they said no it’s correct. Why am I paying for a "tech visit" AND a nail trim? She is a healthy one year old dog, and had just saw the vet for a checkup a month or so prior. She did not need a "tech visit" but apparently that charge is for having the tech do the nail trim, on top of the charge for a nail trim?! That’s just not right. Honestly nowhere else is anywhere hear this cost. The vet and techs were super nice and kind with my dog but cmon, that’s crazy.

We love Vetco Brentwood! My dog has been a patient for the last 4 years and she is always happy to be seen by all the staff there. Since it is such a great veterinary clinic, naturally it is always quite busy with patients and owners. The front desk is on top of the bustling rushes and I feel so comfortable being taking care of. Scheduling is great via phone call or even through the app. Thank you Vetco Brentwood!! We are so grateful for all you do!

The staff at Vetco was super friendly. Our nurse Alicia was very sweet and patient with my fur babies, she made sure they were comfortable and at ease. Dr.Casuga was also super friendly and took great care of my babies. Prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be back when needed!
