A truly exceptional veterinary team, for every chapter of pet parenthood. Bond Vet Seaport has been there for me through the happiest beginnings and the hardest goodbyes. They cared for my dog Mojo & Poppy, and my cat Chapstick with a level of compassion that goes way beyond clinical skill. Every visit felt human, attentive, and grounded in real empathy. When Mojo’s health declined, they handled his care with such gentleness and respect that it made an unbearable moment a little more bearable. I’ll never forget that. Now I’m bringing my new puppy, and the consistency in their warmth and professionalism is unreal. The team takes time to answer every question, calm every new-puppy worry, and make sure my little one feels safe. The space is modern and comforting, the process is smooth, and you can tell immediately that everyone there genuinely loves what they do. If you’re in Boston and looking for a veterinary team you can trust with both the joyful milestones and the heartbreaking ones, Bond Vet Seaport is it. I’m endlessly grateful for them.

I don’t know where we’d be without Bond Vet! We’ve trusted them for the last couple years with our dog, Ravioli. From regular annual visits to urgent drop ins, they’ve kept Ravioli safe & healthy. We had a really scary incident at a daycare and had to rush Ravioli to Bond Vet, even though they were about to close. They welcomed us right in and took extra time to make sure he’d be okay. This meant the world and I’ll never forget how kind every person was that night. Anytime we walk by, Ravioli actually begs to go inside - he loves it so much. We try to see Dr. Alander when we can, but all the vets & nurses have been so kind and accommodating! Highly recommend!!

Honestly had a fantastic experience here. I saw Dr Schaffer, but every single person we interacted with was friendly and kind. I don’t think I’ve been to this location, but had been to the back bay (now closed) and Somerville locations and had good experiences as well. I never feel like they try to force me to pay for things I don’t need, which I see in a lot of reviews of this particular location but that was not my experience. They were helpful with the best options for my sometimes anxious dog. They were quick and efficient and I was in and out in about 30 min which included the exam, ear cleaning, and testing ear sample. Also great they had same day availability on a weekend! Thank you!

Couldn’t recommend this team enough! We were referred to this location by a friend, and we couldn’t be happier. The Bond team has taken such good care of our pup and gone above and beyond to calm any nerves as first time dog parents. Our pup is healthy, happy and loves coming for his appointments.They even follow up via text after each visit and make recommendations based on truly helping him versus anything unnecessary. 10/10

I’ve been taking my lab here for years and have had nothing but good experiences. Ease of booking, appointment availability and quality of care keep us coming even though we have moved out of the city. I love how all charges are communicated up front and you can tell how much the doctors and techs love what they do.also, my dog approves of the free treats all over the office.

We brought our dog Sammie for a check up. It was so easy to make an appointment online and there were plenty of availabilities. The people at the front desk were very friendly and there were delicious treats around , such as chicken, turkey and beef treats. We had a great visit!

I cannot say enough good things about Bond Vet and the care my dog Jack received today. Jack recently had emergency surgery at an ER vet, and unfortunately the aftercare and recovery guidance from that facility was not very helpful. Today I was extremely anxious and stressed because I noticed bleeding and fluid pockets near his surgery area. I called the emergency vet where he had the surgery and they asked me to send pictures, but it took them about 3 hours to even get back to me. In the meantime, I called Bond Vet and spoke with Jade, who was so kind, calm, and reassuring. She immediately made me feel like Jack was going to be taken care of and got him in to be seen as soon as possible. Dr. Keane, Alanna, and Rebeca were absolutely amazing. They were caring, patient, and thorough from the second we got there. They took my concerns seriously and did not make me feel like I was overreacting. Dr. Keane did an ultrasound to check the fluid pockets and make sure everything looked okay. Alanna and Rebeca were so gentle with Jack and helped clean up his incision area, which gave me so much peace of mind. They also reviewed his medications and provided a better dosage based on his size, pain level, and the type of invasive surgery he had. That alone made me feel so much better because I finally felt like his recovery plan made sense and that his pain was being properly managed. Jack was already seen, treated, and cared for at Bond Vet before the ER vet even responded to me. I am so grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by everyone at Bond Vet. They truly went above and beyond for Jack and for me during a very stressful situation. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares. 5 stars without a doubt!
